Great customer service! I will go there for all my pool supply needs after leaving my old supplier of many years!

Had a small issue that could of been big issue. They stepped up to the plate, no drama. We keep using them and recommend them.

We contacted AquaThority (along with other pool contractors) to give us an estimate on our pool renovation. They were honest and told us the reno work would have to wait until the fall, but they opened our pool and did some repairs on our pump. George came out and did the work and he was amazing. There was a 'glitch' in getting the new pump to work with our existing automation system and AquaThority made it right. I was worried about switching to a new pool service company but now I know I made the right decision and I can't wait for the renovation in the fall. AquaThority has won me over!

Ordered a brand new cover from Aquathority last year which was a great smooth process. Unfortunately one year later a seam ripped and Aquathority took care of the issue even when the cover company they use (Coverlon/Cover Co) wouldn’t stand behind their product. Aquathority made it right and took care of the issue.

They stand behind their customers which is a great business practice. I have dealt with a couple other companies and can say that I made the right choice with this team.

We met with owners and pick out our tile and coping and the handle to get in out of the pool.

Tim at AquaThority was very responsive and came out on time and when promised to take a look at a pop off we had in our plaster. He sent Jimmy out to fix it and he did a fantastic job. They were reasonable with pricing and very knowledgeable about all things pool related. Thank you for getting this fixed and doing a great job!

Since moving into our house with a pool two summers ago (this is our third year) we decided to use Aquathority and we’re very clear with them we were new pool owners, offered to pay them for any services needed and any help or advice they could give us. Upon scheduling closing and opening over the phone I stated I’d be happy to pay for anything needed during those times emphasizing any chemicals that may be needed. They agreed and mentioned some people don’t even pay their balances due so were happy we were. They closed our pool and didn’t mention not adding chemicals needed and just opened our pool without adding chemicals needed. When we emailed and called we got a “so what not our problem” response. The guys broke our our cover hooks when opening and didn’t mention it. Also when opening it last year left all our spring collars in the pool and didn’t mention anything about them. We asked them to inspect our pool heater because we’ve never used it and don’t know if it works and they did nothing and didn’t mention being unable to inspect it until we had to call them. The girls on the phone are short and sassy. Their online system wasn’t working to pay in advance for the opening so when I scheduled to open I received a phone call that I needed to pay, with attitude, I nicely made it clear I was able to pay over the phone that I wasn’t one of their customers that don’t pay and that’s when I also had a mutual agreement made that they would just let me know how much I would owe for any chemicals needed. After calling around and asking around for new pool companies to use, I clearly am not the only one around here that have a bad taste in my mouth from them. Most companies feel the need to fix things with good paying clients not get cocky and say, not my problem. Here’s a photo of your guy messing with the hook he broke and failed to mention, I’ve emailed about it three times and like every other year I mention things you do it’s being avoided. And instead of fixing their mistakes, coming out pool and opening it without chemicals they have left us with a mess on our hands and because I left a honest review they don’t want to service our pool anymore. Real nice people, Deb

We've had nothing but great success with AquaThority for the past three years. Before buying our house three years ago, we knew nothing about pools. Our first spring Phil and Kevin came out to open our pool and spent a lot of time educating us on how it worked, how to best maintain it, and explaining everything they were doing during the opening process and why.

Since then, we've used AquaThority to close and open our pool every year in addition to supplying chemicals and heater / misc repairs when needed. They have always been helpful, professional, and not pushy nor trying to sell us unnecessary things, which we've appreciated immensely.

Their service has always been excellent and this year when Sean opened our pool was another example: We were his last stop for the day – though I couldn’t tell. I imagine some of these days can feel long and the guys just want to get home, but Sean had an excellent attitude, walked me through some issues he saw, offered some helpful tips and solutions, and overall was great to talk with. He invested the time to listen and answer some questions I had and overall made it a great experience.

Tim (one of the owners) also stopped by twice (once when we first moved into our house and again about a month ago) to help us evaluate and determine if any renovation work was needed. Both times he was incredibly helpful, honest, and didn't push work on us – instead advising us on the best way to get the most value for our money.

It's been a great three years with AquaThority and they made owning a pool much less intimidating and helped us be able to enjoy it more as a family.

Bob is the owner. Lindsey and Daniell are his nieces. Those girls are so unprofessional and rude. We opened our pool on may 23,2021 and it’s now June 18. I do not recommend this pool service to anyone. The service men are not trained in pool service.

Always a great experience. I am a 22 year pool Owner and unfortunately have dealt with a few companies before working with Aquathority. Not only do I use them for opening and closing they also did a large coping/tile job for me. They are efficient and professional. No worries at all with them!
