Best place for family time. Stayed in the loft enough space for everyone. Clean. Foid and drinks are excellent. Was helped immediately by pleasant staff. Definitely going back.

Many of the slides were not open. Would have been nice if they qould have put info on website about closed slides. Not sure i would go back there.

Very EXPENSIVE But not worth it for the Price.
But for the Convenience it is Worth it to have Everything there in 1 spot and all Indoors. As a parent I loved this. The Grafitti Pizza is ok but Expensive. The Colonial Commons spot for Burger and Fries is ok. They have a you Build your own Ice Cream spot inside too like a Yogo Factory called Sugar Shack which is nice but limited toppings.

This was my first time going here and my experience was fantastic! After booking this trip for one night, I read some reviews and got a little scared. For example some reviews about not having their room ready during check in at 4pm. I decided to go with my kids at 1pm so that we can enjoy the waterpark and just wait out the waiting for the room during that time, because you still have access to the resort and everything in it once you are there. So I dressed us all up for the water before we even got there thinking I’ll leave all our luggage in the car until we have the room in case this might take time, but once we got there, we asked a woman who was working/standing outside the front door to ask where to park if we r staying for the night, and she told us about checking in on our phone (didnt work) but then checked in her system and told us our room was ready. I was SUPER happy. Did not expect our rooms to be ready before time AT ALL and I must say that completely made my day because even though this trip mostly were for my 10 and 7 year old, I had a newborn with me so I was SO GLAD that I had a room that I was able to access to and nurse with privacy. Room was clean, balcony view was INSANELY GORGEOUS. Aquatopia was SO much fun. Was expecting some slides not to work like some of the reviews said BUT THEY were all open. Except for the coaster which I knew because it said it was under maintenance on the website and I was ok with that. I brang my own food, because I heard everything was super expensive, so I didn’t even try to buy any food except for some frozen yogurt from sugar shack (which to me was the price of usual normal frozen yogurt? Lol) arcade was fun, love all the lights and the look of it all.anyway, only stayed for one night and yes it’s 25 dollar parking per night, but I still had a lot of fun. Great experience. Definitely coming back.

Bernadette is amazing and deserves a raise for being so helpful and welcoming to me and my family. The resort is beautiful but there is nothing included in the price that we paid. It would've been nice to have like a complimentary breakfast or even some arcade credits for the kids. You are only getting a room and access to swimming indoors ONLY. Outdoor activities are separate and you have to pay a separate price for it. Overall my children enjoyed themselves which was the point.

Very fun water park but it does get boring after a couple of hours but on the plus side there are a lot of activities to do outside of the indoor water park itself like rock climbing, laser tag, bowling, bumper cars, an obstacle course in the sky etc.and the prices for them are all below $15!

Is a splendid place, very nice, good facilities and very varied for entertainment, we had a lot of fun, I went with my fiancée and had a great time, so much that we want to return, also has other places to do adventures, ski, in summer and spring another park of external water, nearby has a mall, if you need to do some shopping, many gas stations and restaurants, I recommend it

For $800.00 for a night this place should be ashamed of themselves. 1st, we are told we cant eat at the buffet because we dont have reservations. Nothing in my email confirmation says you need to make any so we had no clue. The other restaurant we were told over an hour wait. So your left with a snack bar.was treated rudely by staff. Our waitress after being let into the buffet was very sweet, but the rest of the service was lackluster. Twice while up for food our table was cleaned off and other guests seated at the table. How does this even happen.

Around 11am at check out day we were swimming and were waiting for snack bar to open to get lunch and we are the only people waiting in line and asked if we could have one of the wraps heated instead of being cold. CYNTHIA rudely stated she was too busy to heat a wrap and that we should go upstairs to use the microwave if we required it heated. The time was between 11: 05 and 11: 10 in the morning with the snack bar just opening at 11 and no one was in line behind us.

Waterpark was fine, the water was warm the atmosphere was warm. Room was clean and changing rooms clean. Just be prepared to be treated rudely by staff. If your ok with paying 800.00 for that then its the place for you.

It is definitely the best indoor waterpark in the poconos as of 2018. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The food can be pricey but it's part of the gig. Great place overall. They have everything a family needs to have a good time. The kids absolutely love this place.

Pretty nice water park with a good verity of slides and pools. They’ve got a couple of those vertical drop slides which are fun and some nice big slides that can fit 6 people per tube and go into those vortex features. There’s also single tube, double tube, single raft/mat, and single just plain body slides. There’s a hot tub that is half indoors and half outdoors separated by a sheet of plastic to keep the temp inside relatively even which is nice; the temp bye was heated to 85° air and ~80° for the water when I went in January. There’s one of them wave pools, a “lazy river” that you can relax and float down, a pool with a bar in the middle so you can get some drinks without leaving the water, and one of those flow rider things where you can stand or lay on a board and “surf”. All in all it’s pretty nice and you can check the website or whatever to find exact prices and that type of info.

Great place, clean and friendly staff. Rooms are a little dark (maybe brighter lightening). Wave pool is large and fun. Will check out the indoor rock climbing and ropes course on the next visit.

It's everything you'd expect from an indoor water park. It's big, wet, humid, crowded noisy and there are long lines for the "cool" attractions. There are plenty of towels and a shower room. There is also a snack bar with overpriced items you'd expect in a theme park.

Not my first and not my last visit to Aquatopia. Ideal mountainside indoor waterpark with all the offerings of a large outdoor waterpark. Great for all seasons in the Northeast, which can sometimes be frigid because like I said its indoor. Love the oversized hot tub.

The place was very fun and appropriate to go for families including small kids. Bathrooms were very clean at all times. The only thing that I don't like about this place is that they get your foods from you & you are obligated to buy from them no matter what. Imagine some people with high blood pressure or diabetes or even those people who want to eat just healthy will x out.

Aquatopia has something for all ages. We went there on a Sunday and had a great time. Lines weren't long at all. Lots of friendly staff walking around to help. I definitely recommend bringing water shoes. They provide towels for everyone and they have changing rooms and showers. The food is reasonably priced with burgers and wraps around $6. The hot tub is nice but since there are no age limits on it, there tends to be a lot of unsupervised kids splashing around. I give Aquatopia 5 stars

Perfect place to bring the family. Fun for children & parents alike. My family fully enjoyed themselves & all of the children were asleep before we even left our cabana. We love this place!
