Beautiful interior design, excellent service, and the food is amazing. The Korean short rib is very tender and it is huge. The scallops taste fresh but the portion seems light. The one thing that could improve is the room temperature as it gets cold sitting beside the windows and when it is dark there is nothing to see. Other than that the restaurant is great.

Top notch all around. Got scallops and filet Entrees. Scallops were amazing but wife and both agreed that the filet was the best we've ever had

Great food. Went for breakfast and got the hash. It was a little understaffed and not our waiters fault. All in all very good breakfast spot at Nemacolin.

Best breakfast on the property. Chef Earl and team do a fantastic job. Try the breakfast quesadilla. Service is consistently great.

Nice location and atmosphere. The food is good, but my meal selection wasn’t excellent and could simply be what I ordered as others in our party enjoyed their meals. It is pricey but as previously stated a very nice atmosphere with very friendly and attentive staff. If you are looking to celebrate a special occasion and are in the Farmington area I would recommend visiting.

Service was absolutely fabulous and the setting is beautiful - inside as well as the view. Our food ranged from amazing to 'meh'. Nothing at all bad, but underwhelming compared to expectations and the other dishes. Overall, we were very pleased.

We just dined at Aqueous and it was nothing short of perfection! Hands down the BEST restaurant at Nemacolin. The service was outstanding and the food was absolutely delicious. They were knowledgeable and accommodating of my dietary restrictions. A wonderful dining experience compared to the unsavory food and service at Rockwell’s last night. If you want a delicious steak…skip Rockwell’s and go to Aqueous. You won’t be disappointed!

Underwhelming for overwhelming prices

Impeccable service and great dining experience. Food preparation and taste was excellent. We had halibut and sea scallops with massive shrimp cocktail appetizer.

Aqueous was an absolute delightful and delicious breakfast stop on our Nemacolin adventure. With its gorgeous views of the golf course and prime setting outside near the bar and pool, you will not be disappointed. I got the falling rock classic and could not finish it because it was so much food. We even went back a another time before we left. Will be back again. The wait staff were PHENOMENAL!

Really good restaurants, food was amazing, we LOVED the chocolate richies desert. Shoutout to Connor for recommending it. We had the most amazing time and the waiters for so nice and funny.we started to go a bit crazy but they handled it so well. Delicious food, next level/top tier service, beautiful restaurant. Be prepared to shell out some money for this one, but it's worth it

We spent dinner here to celebrate our engagement with my partners parents. The staff was very accommodating to our plant-based needs. There was one option in each section that was already vegan except for a cheese or sauce that they could easily remove. We ordered the starter and small plate to share and each got the main plate and we’re definitely full at the end. The wine was delicious and our food was very good. I would give 5 stars if I felt like it was something I completely could not have made at home, but the only thing we felt was very different was the way the tofu was shaped and cooked. For the price, I had to go with a strong 4 stars. We also got to celebrate with a little champagne at the end. Pictures to see how the presentation was! And the setting is truly gorgeous. Thank you for having us!

Atmosphere was great in that we were seated by a huge window and had a nice view of the Christmas lights. Wine list was extensive, service impeccable, and the food was delicious. The 8 oz filet was very tender and the lobster mac and cheese that came with it was to die for! We will definitely dine again at Aqueous!

Excellent food and great service if you are willing to spend the money. The best salad was delicious. The filet mignon was tender and cooked perfectly.
