Arby's, Ephrata PA

The 2nd time now that I ordered a classic beef and cheddar sandwich at the drive thru and was given a roast beef sandwich.

I've only been there twice very convenient for what I was doing in that area to eat so far the food has been excellent.
Not real fancy but the food is good

This Arby's location is one of the best. The food is on point and is always delivered in a quick manner. The employees are friendly and courteous.

Finally dining room was open due to Coronavirus. Tried brisket sandwich. Very good sandwich for the price of a medium meal.

I am really LIKING their little salad for $1.99! Just enough and I swear it's only lettuce and shredded cheese. Are there tomatoes? IDK! And the jamocha shake. You have to get that!

Even though that it is posted on the door you're supposed to wear a mask they don't enforce it I was in a meeting and an 8-person family came in with no masks on it and I didn't say anything to them

Delicious food. I wished to get a fish sandwich, but it's not available for now. They said fish will be back again.

Not bad. Reallllly depends who you have. Food is not bad. I noticed almost a good portion of the time we have to pull up to the yellow line.and when we do 99 percent of the time I have to go back in for straws and they forget my drinks. It's not too terrible. Least there not like McDonald's! McDonald's always gets my orders wrong same with taco Bell.

2 managers watched lost trainee at register who had no clue how to ring up a person with many coupons. Today's fast food places do not pay attention to dining room patrons thanks to corporate clowns wanting speedy drive ups.

Nice could have been cleaner but the food was good just someone leftovers on the tables when we went looking for a table

Their food is great and customer service is awesome. The only complaint I have is some of the sandwiches fall apart as you go to eat them or too much condiments for what the sandwich is.

We asked for fresh fish sandwich.even offered to wait for a fresh. Was assured at ephrata all were fresh and hot! NOT! BOTH SANDWICHES WERE COLD! So i did not ring your bell like i normally do!

Love their roast beef sandwiches.when they're made correctly. The last two times I used the drive thru the rolls were burnt.

Arby's is definitely one of the best fast food restaurants, in my opinion. Their beef and cheddar sandwiches are to die for. I also really like their new Gyros. They actually taste pretty authentic. You can't really go wrong going to an Arby's so of course I recommended. They also put out a lot of really good coupons. Most of my friends also get their new mint shake but I can't say that I've tried it myself.

Excelent service at the drive through, very fast, totally laid back despite us changing the order a couple times for the kids as we went. Food was quick and hot and juicy, would recommend for a quick bight on the go.

Good food but poor service. Only 2 employees. They were working hard but couldn't keep up with the volume.

Haven't been to an Arby's in years and years. I was surprised at the quality of the meats. Fries were great too.

Nice clean store, friendly staff. Their food selection doesn't quite match up to Wendy's or Burger King.

Always friendly speedy drive-through. Food is always fresh (especially jalapeno poppers, which you will need to pull forward to wait on, only a minute or two)

Food was cold. Iced tea was watered down. Something in the soda machine was beeping. An annoying steady beep, the whole time we were eating.
