American Restaurant Arby's reviews
26I don't write reviews but I used to work at Arby's and I would never deliver a sandwich upside down with cheese melted into the cardboard
Arby's is one of my favorites since I've been a kid. The only thing I don't like about this one is their parking lot isn't easy to navigate if you have a large car.
I just had a chocolate milk shake it was good. My brother is the one who bought food. The employees were nice he hot his order in timely matter. The fries smelled good so I think everything was good.
Pretty cool food, nice workers as well. Would be 5 Stars if they had a screen in their drive through. Would also like to have the food be a bit cheaper, but I can't knock a star off for that (as that isn't this specific restaurants fault)
My friend went there last nite to the location in Kingston. The sandwich he got was a mess he said.fries were cold!
It was ridiculous! You know you wait at Arby's.you just know it. It's a fact! BUT today.i just couldn't wait 17 minutes in line with six cars ahead! Bye bye I just got a fresh roast beef sandwich at the local place down the street in 3 minutes.
I don't understand why some of these fast food restaurants have the doors locked and won't let you order at the counter if the drive thru lines are so long. They always forget something. I didn't need to be trained when I was a teenager to know if someone orders a drink, you ask them if they want a straw. If they order food, you give them napkins. If you are a restaurant that has sauces you ask if they want any they can't come in and get it if the restaurant if it is closed!
I always have loved arbys since i was a kid. The last like 5 times my boyfruend and i went we spent over 45 minutes in the drive thru. Wen we finally got our food the cheese for my fries were missing and also a whole sandwich
Food is pretty decent, but usually your waiting for a while, and it is expensive for fast food.
Very slow service, sandwichs are getting smaller, but they are still very good. Turkey sliders and very good also.
Delishous sandwiches for a fast food place. The Arby's Roast Beef and Cheddar is awsom! The double Reuben sandwich is better than a New York Deli. They are huge and packed with meat.
Fair. Not nearly the quickest fast food around. If you go to this location; Take care when driving through the parking lot due to some very large potholes.
Had to wait an unacceptably long time for chicken tenders, which wouldn't have been bad if they were hot when I got them or if the place was busy. They were only luke warm and tasted like they'd been under the heat lamp for awhile
This fast good place serves food that looks like the pictures. Clean, speedy, hot food, the soda fountains are top notch.
Tried the triple meat market sammich, it was pretty great. Not necessarily worth the eight buckaroos, but I enjoyed it. Go horsey sauce!
Arrived at arbys @ 9: 00pm, 19min wait before my order was taken.got my food about 9: 21pm, 2-3 min after order was taken.don't get me wrong I love Arby's. But this experience wasn't good at all. Not to mention every garbage can was overflowing.
Excellent food, very friendly staff. I had a coupon to use, they checked it and gave it back so I could use it again.
Arbys in Kingston is probably the cleanest fast food place you'll ever go to in this area. I'm glad we still have one.
Slow in store service, too busy with drive thru to worry about the the people backed up inside while you food is waiting to be bagged up.
