Arby's, Erie PA

So a friend who knows my love of spicy ordered the Diablo roast beef meal for me, they wanted to “see me sweat”. Sadly no sweat, it was a great sandwich, generous amount of roast beef compared to our last experience, ample cheese fresh lettuce, onion roll with sweet, tangy mildly spicy orange sauce. All total combined it made a fantastic sandwich experience with it hitting almost all of the traditional notes of our senses. Unfortunately she didn’t tell me she ordered out until it was almost here, because I enjoyed the sandwich so much, I would have told her get two. If Arby’s kept a sandwich like the Diablo on the menu, I would eat there more often (true confession I’m a potato latke[cake] lover), when Arby’s discontinued them, they don’t have a hook that drives my revenue by offering something I can’t get elsewhere, so I went from a weekly customer to haven’t been there in more than a year “We have the meats” is fine but you don’t got the potatoes. From past experience I can say the location is wheelchair accesible is generally clean and sanitary has indoor as well as outdoor dining (I don’t recommend that option in this weather) I would definitely eat another Diablo without a second thought.she ordered me a peach lemonade and curly fries to go with the sandwich.

Go there and order half pound roast beef meal medium curly and large poweraide. 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Ask for ranch and honey mustard. Kid verifies with me what sauce. Get food, leave half way home want a fry. Check bag, no fries. Turn around go back. Theres a line in drive thru so now i go in, tell them im missing the fry. Kid INSISTED that it was in there and i told them i can go grab the bag if you want only to be looked at by the kid like i was lying. Other employees face said enough as he gave me the fry i didnt get. Drive home open bag and only one ranch and the poweraide was flavorless all in all this person needs training in customer service that i dealt with. Not a plesant experience and will go else where.

The staff is very friendly and efficient but this location seems to run out of basic ingredients frequently.

Had a turkey club wrap which was excellent. Staff friendly. Place was clean. The only issue I had was the sink in the women's restroom. Only works when it wants to & obviously, that day it didn't want to. Let a staff member know about it.

Destiny the assistant manager was very rude at the speaker! She has a many very smart remarks for the questions and inquires towards our order!

The lady at the window was very rude and what makes it worse the double beef and cheddar I got made me sick

We had amazing service from the staff here! It was quick and easy to order. If we ever stop around here again we will come back

I got two large fries and this what they look like lol not a loose fry in the bag and I ate exactly one before these pics I’m pretty sure whoever was working doesn’t wanna work there

Literally ordered 3 large meals and received 3 large curly fry boxes with the amour if a small fry inside.

Service is always great. Even if an order is messed up, they're always very good and very quick about fixing it and getting you what you need and getting you on your way.

Roast beef wasn't sliced. What came on my sandwich was the sludge that you find inside the slicer when you clean it at night.
