Imagine after a long day you order yourself a nice little treat - how about a small chocolate shake? You think, "I've got a 25 minute ride home, this will be nice to drink on the ride home. "

You get the shake, you're looking forward to drinking it, you start driving and begin to unwrap the straw and then realize it's a paper straw. NOOOOOOO. Have you ever tried drinking a chocolate shake through a paper straw? I bet you the manager of Arby's and the co-workers haven't because if they have, they wouldn't be giving out paper straws.

Honestly it became sort of comically trying to drink this shake through a piece of paper but needless to say I had to wait until I was home to enjoy it. I care about our environment but let's find a different way instead of using paper straws.

Maybe it was my luck but todays order of fish sandwich very old cheese was hard curly fries soaked in oil also had a dark tone soggy very old.very very disappointing

This is a great Arby's location the staff and the manager all come out to see how your food is and if there's anything else they can get you. Was really impressed with that as it felt more like a regular restaurant with servers rather than a fast food joint. Manager remembers pretty much all her customers and knows what they like to order. Totally worth checking out!

I had a problem with the DoorDash driver, immediately the staff and mangers at this Arby’s helped to resolve the issue and threw in some extra food for our trouble. They went above and beyond and were so kind!

The employee kiyle and mason is so kind and nice and the Cook made the sandwich so good and the Fry's or nice and fresh I would come her ugan

The food isn’t too bad here, but the wait time is absolutely atrocious.went through the drive thru and ordered a number 2 and was waiting for 20 MINUTES.this isn’t a fast food restaurant, it’s a slow food restaurant

Came in around 9: 30pm on the 29th and even though it was almost time to close they were very nice! The man that took our order in the drive thru and the young lady that handed us our food. We used Apple Pay and she said since it was her first time using it she even offered to sanitize my boyfriends phone in case he wanted it after handing it back, of course no need to take it to that measure but it’s the thought that counts. Whoever the night crew is, you guys rock!

Terrible. Was charged extra for horsey sauce. Served cold soggy fries. And while they were worried about charging for extra horsey sauce they left out the air jus with the french dip. Also thought I was at McDonald's because milkshake machine was broken.

I asked for cheddar on my roast beef, and I got sliced cheddar instead of the cheddar sauce, which made the sandwich taste dry.

Shout out to Rene, the manager. They were out of horsey sauce but she hooked me up with some. Love that sauce on the sandwich. The workers were amazing also. Very friendly and courteous. Happy Fourth.

Sat at the drive thru menu board for 10 minutes before order was taken. Took another 15 minutes to get our food and it was cold. My wagyu burger was well done, not medium rare as advertised. I would have complained but the lobby was closed and I wasn't about to sit in the drive thru for another half an hour

I've always enjoyed the food here. As with most restaurants and fast food places during these COVID times, having enough staff seems to be problematic and wait times may be longer. I have always found the staff at this location to be friendly and helpful. They did, however, forget my fries on my last visit. Note to self.check your bagged order before you pull away!

How is it Sunday afternoon at 3pm and there is only 1 employee WORKING? We were told "Im the only employee and I will not be serving anyone have a great day" I felt sorry for the last employee. I will NEVER RETURN!

This was hands down the best experience we've ever had at an Arby's! We don't have any local to us and Barous was the absolute nicest person, even brought our meal to us even though we didn't expect it! If we didn't live in RI we'd be regulars there!

Awesome staff! Renee the manager needs a raise! That woman is always busting her butt. Today she was taking orders and cooking and bagging. All awhile trying to keep the guy working with her upbeat about how busy their were and that he could do it. It would be shame for Arbys to lose her.

I have had many good experiences with this Arby's. Like any fast food restaurant there are some items forgotten in the bag from time to time, but for the most part the food and service has been good. The most disappointing experiences so far have been the rude customers barking at the staff for small issues that did not deserve their awful attitudes. I have witnessed more rudeness from customers who feel entitled to having Everything perfect that they forget that they are speaking to another human being. Tonight I was served by Duane, who was very polite and courteous on the speaker. The manager was Renee, who was a good support to her staff and customers. And then Adam was working hard cooking in the back. All of them were on their game and doing their best with the high volume of customers. Thanks guys for doing a good job! Please don't let the awful rude people out there ruin your day or make your lose your cool.

This arbys is a mess. Mozzarella sticks rarely come with marinara. None of the notes or addons are ever added. Pay $. 75 for a cup of cheese? How about two? They are not coming. My last meal they replaced all of my cheddar cheese with nacho cheese? ! Why on earth does arbys even have nacho cheese? Completely disgusting and poorly managed staff.avoid or go to another arbys
