Arby's, Erie PA

Difficult to order food when unable to go thru drive thru. Not customer friendly. Left without ordering.

Always a good experience with the food. I never have coupons though and am still at work during the discount timd.

I can truly say that, I have never had a bad experience, with an Arby's restaurant. This particular visit was no different. In fact, the counter person was extra cordial.
The food that I ordered, to go was excellent.

Staff was quick and friendly! Our food was hot and fresh! Just what we needed after a long car ride!

The food is very good here only problem with this location is that the employees try to go too fast and sometimes leave critical items out a year order.

This arby's is sideways busy but pretty fast with service. However, this place is getting very extensive the take a family of 4 to.

Yum! I just moved back to Erie and there were no Arbys where I was living so I'm so happy now! Believe it or not that's where I always want to go for my Birthday

Good food but had hard time finding a clean table. Wiped the one we say at of work a napkin. Won't be back

I gotta love me some Arby's! Horsey sauce! And a huge helping of Corned beef on the Reuben Sandwich! The waffle fries have some great seasoning and taste and I have yet to ever have a soggy waffle fry! Chocolate Shake was tasty, just thick enough to be able to drink from a straw!

I went through and I had a order of their potato thingies and I found them very sour as if they were either double fried or the oil had never been change not very good.

Very good classic sandwiches and the brisket is awesome. Curly fries and cheese sticks are great. I love the HAPPY hour specials!

Clean and professional. Employees were in an upbeat and happy mood which is appreciated. The cashier advised me on deals that were going on which helped me decide on what to get!

Mozzarella sticks, and jalapeno bites can take a while, but are much better fresh. Food is very tasty and is usually fast besides those fried products.

We stopped by on our way to Canada. Although we are not big fans of most fast good chains, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of facility and bathrooms as well as the staff's friendliness. Food wasn't too bad either.
