Arby's, Monroeville PA

I enjoyed going to Arby's until their milkshake machine broke down in Penn Hills Arby's no milkshake I don't go

Love the fries, love the sandwiches but the large fries are too small to be called 'large' and the price is too high for what you are getting. You can do better Arby's

The food was great and the prices were great also. It took awhile to finally receive my order. I believe I sat at the drive-thru window for about 5-8 mins. But when I finally received my food it was hot and correct. So I really cannot complain to much.

Spotless restaurant! Food is fresh and tasty. The cashier was polite until we asked a question about one of our sandwiches on the way out and she was unnecessarily defensive.

My 1st sandwich was not a good one but Kaylee the manager apologized and gave me a new delicious sandwich. Kudos to her wonderful professional attitude.

I literally came here at Excatly 6: 36 and it’s Friday and we pulled up no one answered and we had to keep asking hello then a female had an attitude said told us to wait some more then she will be with us and made us wait 7 more min… absolutely lost my business!

This Arbys is pretty decent. Their food is always fresh tasting and they are very quick with orders.

Without the coupons they offer its basically double the price. The quality of their roast beef has gone down even though the portions are the same.

Slow service, worker had the personality of a door knob! Ordered a chicken cheddar ranch, sandwich came with two small over cooked tenders instead of the normal chicken fillets

This is a super busy location on a super busy stretch of highway. The food was prepared okay, the took 20 minutes to get through the drive-thru. I certainly understand being busy, but when you're super busy you should have a super well-prepared plan for handling it.

My wife and I ordered the two for 6 fish sandwiches and we also got two of the macaroni and cheese. The fish sandwiches were good tasty and nice and hot. I added a packet of horsey sauce to mine because I like the little bit of spiciness that the horsey sauce adds. The Mac and cheese was also very good, and then we washed it all down with two large diet Doctor Pepper's. It was a very enjoyable meal.

Just tried this location out today to get my significant other some food. Immediately the person at the window had an attitude and I looked in the bag when I got home. What kind of Arby's gives 1 marinara when we got two orders of 6pc mozzarella sticks?

For reference, me and my gf took a minute or two to pick out what we wanted to eat but that really warrant bad service?

Wow! I’m pleasantly surprised. I have been here 3 times within last 3 days. Wednesday was my first visit Ever. I ordered wraps. They were so good! The meat and toppings were fresh, and the employees were friendly! The drive through was fast, but not too fast where I felt like my food was thrown in the bag. This place is a hidden gem for wraps for sure!

This is the nicest Arby's I've been to. I come here almost every day for lunch before work. Always timely and everyone is so nice. I know how stressful the drive through can be and everyone always has a smile on their face.
