They advertise this great Wagyu beef classic. I tried it and couldn't be more disappointed. The patty was dry and it was so small. It didn't matter how many condiments you added. The crinkle fries I got were cold and looked like the last ones in the bottom of the fryer. The best part of the meal was the soft drink. Not worth the money in my opinion.

I cannot even begin to explain how irritated I am. I paid almost $10 for my meal. It was 20 minutes before closing time. And this is what I got. I ordered a double beef and cheddar meal. This wasn’t even a single. There wasn’t even cheese on it, and the roast beef was dry as hell. The fries were cold. I completely wasted my money.

On the absolute busiest day of the year for most fast food restaurants (the day before Thanksgiving), this location gave me the best customer service ever, from start to finish. My order was taken precisely, not one item was missing once received and the manager who has pink hair (sorry I didn't catch your name) notice that I had a huge carry-out order and offered to help me take it to my car. I just want to say thank you for making my day 1000% easier.

Food is always great so when my previous order was missing food items, I received 2 cards for free meals at my next visit. This was my next visit and the girl at the register not only told me no, but threw away my cards as well so I couldn't even use them somewhere else. I was so embarrassed so I then called to complain again and the guy told me that shouldn't have happened, he would take care of it, yet didn't want to take down my name or anything that would help in the matter. Very disappointed.

Very bad. I let the fact the 1 car in front and it took 15 mins slide. But you messed up the. Whole order on top of taking 15 mins for 2 vehicles.

Not a fan of the Diablo sandwich or loaded Fries did not taste good threw away my food store is really clean had other food before it was good

Nice restaurant. Very clean. Super friendly staff. Great food. I had the brisket sandwich which was very good. Others in my party had the roast beef sandwich and a chicken sandwich which were both really good. We were personally Thanked for coming in by one of the staff as we finished our meal! Thank you for a great experience!

My husband went to Arby's twice this week. He ordered two French dip sandwiches and neither had au-jus. Today he ordered a turkey bacon ranch sandwich (the guy asked if he wanted it as a meal) My husband said, yes. He just got home and the sandwiche wasn't in the bag!
His friend with him ordered two bacon beef cheddars, and asked for extra Arby's sauce. The guy assured him that there was a bunch in the bag. There was 3 packs!
When you question them or call, their excuses are always, "Well, we're low on staff" or, "Nobody wants to work! " No excuse.train the ones right that are working!
Arby's used to be sooo good.

I always come here. I ask for hot large crinkle fries and I get them hot. The employees are great and like talking to the crew.

Prices are reasonable but with coupons really cheap. Food is good, hot, fresh. Arbys is my favorite as there are many items I can choose from.

Poor service, waited for 20 minutes for 3 sandwiches, unbelievable workers no sence of serving customers.

I want to tell everybody do not go here I will never go here again their food is way too greasy in the order is always wrong!

Arby's has good roast beef sandwiches at a fair price. I haven't tried any of the new menu they offer.

Very busy. Short handed but they did well.

Ordered Buffalo chicken sliders and got chicked with a small drop of sauce, this place used to be good. Not happy at all

Although staff was friendly and they took our order quickly the time to get our food was a bit slow for our order as well as 4 other patrons waiting. It seemed like staff were not quite working as well as a team compared to the at least the Arby's in White Oak. The soda out of the fountain came out flat, however they did correct it but with the time it took to correct that my food was completely cold. Dining area was clean except for advertising signs laying around on the center dining room table.
