Arby's, Kutztown PA

What a disappointment after seeing commercials for years after our local Arby's closed, I came upon an open Arby's In PA. Very disappointing, food horrible, dirty disgusting restaurant. I do not recommend.

Great Service during evening rush hour. Lady suggested Burger meal, and the Burger was terrific.hot, fresh, and loaded with condiments. Paired with curly fries and soda; no waiting in long lines, with easy access from busy US 222. Thanks to All @ Arby's 5229 for making one old Veteran pleased.

Ordered 2 roast beef sandwiches, got one roast beef sandwich and one chicken sandwich with mayo (mayo is gross) wouldn’t come again i’m very unsatisfied

Service at the drive thru was good cashier was patient, not rushing me like some do.

Awful. Computer systems/ registers not working, it was chaos, by the time we got our food, it was cold. They were calculating bills by hand and ours was not correct

There was only one issue that we had and that was, they forgot my meal. But that was perfectly fine because I just took fries from my family, no big deal. It wasn't very crowded it was only us and another couple, so walking right in and getting food wasn't bad.

Amazing experience, dont usually review. Even though the restaurant is a chain, it is run like a family restaurant. Great service and great food.

Ordered the brisket sandwich. F'in horrendous. Glorified low quality roast beef. Commercial is very misleading. Won't go back EVER. Wish I could give NO stars

One of their entrances has a crater in the pavement that’s so big it looks like you could see it if it were on the moon. I tried driving over it as slow as possible and my dog still almost went through my windshield. The entire parking lot is in rough shape and looks like they don’t want (or have) the money to spend to fix it.
This is also the third time in a row that they interpreted “plain” as “with everything”. Shame on me for not checking before I left, but this was my last trip here.

Very nice lady at the ordering counter. Food came out quickly and was hot and fresh. They have paper straws, and they didn't break down or fall apart.

Associate was friendly, rapid and thanked us like he actually meant it.almost unheard of these days. And the food came out quickly and correctly!

1st time at an Arby's eatery because burger king had NO healthy choices on the menu. I was blown away by all the healthy choices Arby's had to offer. They had salads for cutting weight and they also had clean protein turkey wraps for those muscle gains. I'm impressed Arby's. Keep up the great work!

This location has really gone downhill, i would frequently visit as its really the only food on my way home from work. Cold/old food, long wait times, and lights out to make it look like they're closed when they're not.
