16We ordered on door dash and got our food pretty quickly. The curly fries must have been cooked for a long time as both packages were rubbery and hard. The classic sandwich was not the best and the beef and cheddar was not very good. We ordered 2 cherry turnovers but did not get them. We ordered ice tea but they didn’t have any so they sent water and 2 free meal cards (which was nice). Overall it seems they need to serve fresh products.
The drive in line was at a standstill, averaging 5 minutes a vehicle. Once I got to the menu I realized that I had driven past the mic box, so I exit the drive thru and go inside. The person running the drive through is on her phone. The one person working the register is extremely slow. And the fry station has so much food on the floor around it, I'm surprised no way busted their tail.
After 10 minutes the employee who was outside when I first pulled up, came in a started helping the drive through. A man who came in after me got his order in record time, only to return a few minutes later.with my order!
The place is a disaster and it's clear they do not have enough people to run it properly. I finally get my food, take it to the car, and pull it out of the bag.
Imagine how bad it must be when you look at just the way it is wrapped and know.this is going to be bad. When I get to the second one.it is also wrapped in the worst way you could imagine. I pressed my luck enough for one day and tossed it in the trash.
We ordered and paid for our food. There's a big poster on the wall to the left of the counter that talks about how they do all sorts of accommodating people for all sorts of reasons. We were both standing there with our canes. And it hurts to stand. We asked if someone could bring the food out when it was ready, and the response was "you can stand there and wait if you want to. " I didn't want to, which was my point in the first place. But he just didn't get it.
Worst Arby's I've been to, waited in drive through line for over 10 minutes and this was not the first time it has happened, one time they even said they were out of roast beef.
This used to be my favorite fast food restaurant had 9 piece chicken nuggets.what a joke they were hard as rock Never again.
The restaurant was very dirty. The drink station was the worst. The floor was wet and sticky. No napkins in the whole store.
The food was fresh and hot.
I know they are short employees but should really make the time to do some clean up.
I ordered the new prime rib sub meal. My husband got chicken tenders. They must have had the prime rib made for awhile and sitting because the bread was very soggy. I had to scrape the little bit of meat, cheese and peppers off and put it on a bun that I had here The 2 biggest chicken tenders were ok. The remaining 7 were small and hard as a rock. Of course everything was cold as well. $24.05 for slop. We will never eat there again.
Honestly extremely disappointed in this arbys. It’s been months since their shake machine has been fixed and I’m always coming for this. Honestly the more this happens the more 1 stars you will receive. This is a warning you have less than a month till CSATs are ruined monthly. Arbys got the meat, so I want the beef.
The staff was friendly and efficient, and the food tasted decent. However, when I used the ladies room, it took them from 4 stars to 2 stars for me. I feel like the cleanliness of their bathrooms tells a lot of the overall attention to detail and how sanitary the business is. The bathroom repulsed me, and I work and share a bathroom with a dozen men and seen a lot! There was hair all over the toilet. What looked like feces on the wall of the stall and maybe blood. Toilet paper all over the floor. It looked like it had not been cleaned in a week or two.
Had put in for an order of curly fries and crinkle-cut fries via drive thru. What we received were cold and stale. It honestly tasted like it was left out on the counter for hours. Did not even bother to ask for my $5 refund
It's superhero day at Arby's Camp Hill (original post on April 29,2022). The area manager (Steve Baker) for this Arby's is discriminatory and does not allow freedom of expression for ALL employees. They lost a super hero employee today due to the area manager's discrimination.
Horrible customer service. The lady acted like she hated her job and the food was really sloppy. Not going back there. Also the condiments counter was disgusting.
The drive thru employee was very helpful and courteous. My food was ready when I pulled up to the window.
Miss your real time Super hero-Pete! Anything good that ever came out of Arbys’s 32nd Camp Hill, PA was because of Pete’s conscientious and diligent care which always went above and beyond the call of duty.
I guess the ‘make America great again’ cap for super hero day should have read ‘make Arby’s great again’.
Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru line only to be told that they're closing early. Thanks. Been driving 12 hours and just wanted something to eat
$1 menu from 2 to 4 PM makes it THE after school snack spot for all the kids. Not just sliders, but $1 fountain drinks and shakes too! Ask them, "What's everything on your afternoon dollar menu? "
