American Restaurant Arby's reviews
192nd time in a row I've ordered a #1 on their menu - Roast Beef and Cheddar, and gotten a plain sandwich, no cheese, or sauce.
This is by far the worst arbys ive ever been to. The socalled mint shake was awful. I ordered no whip cream or chocolate and got both and it was like milk with no flavor.the beef n cheese had so much cheese sauce i couldnt even eat it. I ordered the same for parents and they couldnt even eat it. Nevermind the ice cold curly fries. You get. YUCK rating from us
Revised '23 extra slow service.was there Wednesday 3/1 even 2 orders before us hadnt gotten their orders yet before we got ours. Both had to ask what happen to their orders. Very unhappy environment for employees and customers. Used to be a great place to eat with former managers doesn't appear to have a good work ethic any longer
You walk in and 5 people will look at you and not one person will acknowledge your presence.
Handed a shake but never said hold on fries and just shut window on me. I honestly thought they forgot my fries. Fries were also overcooked.: (
Bought classic cheddar roast beef meal. Took to work to eat. The curly fries were so over cooked that you could not taste any spices. If I could post a picture I would. They were dark brown and hard. Greasy too.
How are you guys constantly out of almost half of your menu consistently for almost a year? I can understand a temporary delay in some products or shortage, ok but every single time regardless of when I stop here this SPECIFIC arbys has so much unavailable.
Have attempted 3 times in the last month to get Dr Pepper with our meal. Always out. BK, Wendy's, McDonalds always have it. There is always a list of items they don't have. Are they staying in business?
Very nice inside. Very clean and great service:) fries were fresh and hot when I went on 8/10 around 1230.
:)
Changing my rating from 5 stars to 2. I agree with nearly everyone else who has reviewed in the last 6 months. They never have anything in stock. This time, they had a full sheet of stuff that was 86'd posted to the drive thru with a number of items that were hand written as well. After ordering, I found out they were out of their sauces too. Having worked food service, I understand having a run on an item and running out, but half the menu and for 6 straight months? I doubt this Arby's will be open in another 6 months. I give it 2 stars because what food they do have is actually good.
Vehicle #6 in drive thru. Took 14 mins. If food is not ready make these people pull out of line. Where is the manager? Do your job to keep things moving.
If you want to cold meal go to arby's every. Time I've ever been there it's been cold and the service is not that friendly
Omg! First time having Arby's breakfast. It was hot and good. A god send above other fast food restaurants.
So, do you guys have any food, ever? This is at least the 2nd time that you are out of a majority of your menu. This time there was a 2 page list, how prepared can you be to be unprepared?
Just bought supper and had chicken sandwiches.it was disgusting! Straight rubber. We couldn't eat it. So we ate the sandwich without the chicken. Lovely since this was our supper. I'm pretty sure its going to be along time before we waste our money there again.
Food was fine. But for the last new months, they are out of so many products. They actually have to post a list of what they are out of when you pull up to the drive-thru kiosk. It's difficult to get what you want. I thought perhaps it was because of the pandemic, but other Arby's in the area seem to be well stocked.
How many Arby's managers does it take to make a roast beef sandwich
No seriously I think they only have three employees everybody else is a manager there
They may or may not have roast beef - seriously. This has happened multiple times at this location. Last time I went we got 2 reubens. Upon arrival at home we noticed they were made with wheat bread (not marbled rye) and they were not grilled (soggy). Needless to say we were disappointed. That was a lot of money, wasted. These sandwiches are not cheap. Especially these days with the extreme inflation, we cannot afford to waste money. Not going back.
