Arby's, Waynesburg PA

Got Mac cheese through drive through, was so cold never again that’s the worst Arby’s I ordered from. And they were nit busy at 12: 18 I spend 12.51 just crazy…

I recently tried the new burger there. My burger was ice cold and completely raw meat. The driest burger ever. Then they had the nerve to change me twelve change for garbage. Never will I waste money there again. Oh ya it was so bad I threw it out my window.

There was a small wait after I ordered my food. I really didn't notice waiting as I was answering emails from earlier in the day. The attendant apologized for the wait and I took my order. It is probably the hottest french fries and mozzarella sticks that I have had in a long time from a fast food establishment. Wow! Sandwiches were hot and fresh also.

Terrible customer service, and racism on the front counter making customers feel uncomfortable with awful remarks and jesters

Order a 1/2lb roast beef and half of it was literally raw, you could see where it wasn’t even remotely cooked. Guess that’s what you expect from this but uncooked food come on now. Horrible experience all around.

The meat was cold which made me very weary of even eating it. It took over 20 minutes to get our food and again it was cold and just unappetizing. Just not happy with them and I've only been to this one a cpl times bc of a similar experience at the one in a nearby town.

They are friendly and fast. The food was really good and order was correct. They do not know, how to use their reward app, thou.

I can't help but to love the new burgers that they sale, the flavor is the best and I can get it like I want it but from Arby's and not burger king lol! But I will definitely be eating here again.

Had to try the Rubin it was good kid got the chicken nuggets and mc in cheese wife rostbeaf cheddar

The restaurant is clean, the workers were friendly, then they used to have good sandwiches on the menu, which had my family stopping here a lot, this was only to tease customers, the last three times I stopped I found these better sandwich's gone and canceled big orders In long lines to goto your competition, and now won't ever go back after trying three times to order food from your establishment to only eat someplace else

Sometimes my foods not all warm or not how I ordered it and sometimes it's me amazing like when the older ladies work it's always fresh and hot and made how I asked.

Dry buns, terrible dry and tasteless roast beef. Sandwiches were cold too. Best thing about this place were the clean restrooms. Wish I wouldn't have tried to eat it at all!

Courteous, prompt help in difficult times. Great meal for a pair of tired, hungry volunteers!

The 2 employees working were constantly moving, cleaning etc and were friendly. The sandwiches were warm. The manager? A woman in a grayish polo style shirt was rude. To use, to the employees. Standing in one spot yelling, rolling her eyes when we asked for marinara sauce and being completely unprofessional.

Great place to eat. Nice employees! The one drive thru worker right before closing decided to be funny and use the "we got the beef" slogan and she did it with such passion that my son and I just busted out laughing & it in turn made the employee's laugh too. Ohh boy it was funny. Glad to see a restaurant with a little humor. They always are on dot with my orders too. I like that. When i say no mayo i get no mayo lol. Prices are great too as well as the food selections. Service is fast and friendly.

Friendly, helpful and professional staff both inside in drive thru. Food always good and prepared correctly.

Food order was all incorrect and forgot bacon on Everything as if too lazy to cook it. Workers could careless.asked for no ranch still stuck all over my sandwich. Unhappy wouldn't recommend I know it's fast food but we pay Lil extra for a sandwich to not come the way u ask let alone don't even put bacon on it.
