Arby's, Pittsburgh PA

Went thru drive thru and food was actually correct! Was nice to not have to go back into a place for a utensil or missing food!

Employees were extremely kind and friendly but mistakes were made. We got the wrong fries, I had to run in and get it corrected and when got home we realized the one large we ordered ended up being a medium.
The Prime Rib Cheese Steak had very little meat and was bland, also the same with the Rueben. I got the Gyro which was very greasy, the worst part was all three sandwhiches and fries were stuffed into one bag so the sandwhiches were flattened out and smashed like pancakes. Fries were undercooked!
I was pleased with my shake and that was the only thing that was delicious.
$37.00 and dissappointed.
The two stars are for pleasant employees and an awesome shake.

Poor food quality and no attention to details of the order along with food crowding in on bag.

I hope it gets better, we always liked Arby's.

Fast and friendly service. Their new burgers are absolutely awesome and full of flavor. Definitely worth a stop.

Went in and tour orders was taken quickly and we were in and out without Hassel or long waits. The staff there were very respectful and thought it was one of the better Arby's I've been to

Great prices for the 2-5 happy hour. Normally prices are high, but with coupons and sales they are alright.

Always a guess whether the crinkle fries will be undercooked or done nice and crispy but overall not bad for fast food!

My wife's chicken sandwich was great. My lamb Gyros were the worst I've ever had there. Should have used the Wendy's commercial: where's the beef.

The food was good and waiting for the food to be ready wasn't long at all. There was no line to get in the door or to order food, nor was there a mask mandate at the time. Arby's was not crowded, there was only one other person in the dining room eating. Also, instead of plastic trays that they used to let customers use that were dining in, they put the food in paper bags, I'm guessing to reduce contact between people. Otherwise I will probably return. Good fast service to say it simply.

From the roast beef to the Greek gyros it is a great time when you get to go hear. I wish the prices where a little lower but food is always delicious.

Friendly-Quick-Reasonably priced. Love the new CRINKLE FRIES! Better than the old curly fries for sure.

The fish sandwich is the best. Also had the turkey wrap, it was a big surprise, how good it was! Will be back!

First visit here. Sadly the ice in my drink was downright filthy. Please clean the ice machine.

Everything else seemed to be up to par.
