Arby's, Carlisle PA

My go-to for something different from other fast foods. Vet discounts, friendly staff, hot and fresh food. Orders are always accurate. Love the seasonal shakes. Food was good. Staffing is an issue everywhere and so tough to find good CRM or happy people. Hurts otherwise good businesses.

U guys need to learn how to say u welcome after people saying thank u. To be kind still free

Service wasn't bad but the food was terrible. The premium nuggets were hard and staff didn't pay attention to requests.

Piping hot burgers in a matter of minutes, the food was pretty good for fast food only thing that I would do is change the interior maybe some sort of upgrade

I think I'll avoid this Arby's for a few months to let the employees focus on learning some customers service skills (or at least faking it well enough that the customer wouldn't notice). The lady that took my order was texting on her phone while I ordered my food, she seemed more annoyed with my existence than anything else, when she gave me my food I asked for my cup and she seemed annoyed about that too. Half the tables needed cleaned, the restroom was a mess, and two of the employees when it slowed down took a seat at a clean table and played on their phones. I understand taking breaks but someone's needed to attend to the cleanliness of the place big time.

Went through the drive through. Staff was on her phone the whole time at the window. I waited for 14 minutes before she noticed I was there!

Stopped there about 2pm. Everything was fresh and hot! And customer service with a smile as well. Nice Job!

Great customer service, even though there was only 3people working in the whole restaurant my was hot, fresh, and made in a timely fashion. I'll take great food and excellent customer service and a just a couple minutes longer wait to receive any day. Kudos Carlisle Pike Arbys

No clean tables. Dirty bathrooms with no paper towels. No ice. Out of Arby sauce and ketchup. Not sure how else you could screw up my visit? Thank God the food was decent, and the new kid at the register was nice, but guessing with these conditions, won't be here long. Ate in and no receipt either, maybe so I couldn't fill out the corporate survey?

This Arby is off a highway. So you can expect a lot of travelers here. The service was quick. The cashier was friendly and helpful. My food was fresh. I dined in to use the bathroom, which was clean and also to get a break from being in the car.

The person that took out order in the drive-thru wasn't very attentive, rushed through the order and apparently they didn't have half of the food we chose from the menu. We like to try new places to eat but Arby's definitely didn't make the cut.

This was an unexpected stop returning from the State Track Meet at Shippensburg. This Arby's was clean including the restroom. The service was pleasant and prompt. My roast beef sandwich was very good and the curly fries were delicious. This Arby's was a very nice representative for the Arby's food chain.

The staff was very unfriendly to us. The blonde at the window gave us attitude when we asked for a straw. Very disappointed. Only reason I gave 2 stars was bc the food was good

Excellent drive-thru service, very quick and great food, you can't go wrong with the roast beef and cheddar with curly fries.

Love the classic roast beef. Have tried a few other sandwiches. Not bad for fast food. I use coupon deals.

No one was at the counter when I went in to order. There were people just standing around doing nothing. Stood there a good 3-5 minutes before a woman (employee) sitting in the dining area eating came and took my order. She was nice, but seemed annoyed. In the mean time the one girl was taking drive thru orders. She would make fun of the people ordering when she was done talking (in front of customers inside) with the lady who took my order.

Location right off Rt 11 is good for people going to turnpike or I-81. Needed more staff though at dinner time. Took little longer then what would be expected to receive food.
