Arby's, Lancaster PA

Did not get sandwich I ordered and the jamocha shake wasn't made correctly, I always loved these shakes but apparently the help cannot get it right, and it wasn't even busy at 4pm.

The old Arby's had interesting wall pictures. Now, there is nothing. My meat sandwich was barely warm, and it wasn't even busy.

Always delicious. The workers were wonderful. I rarely ever have a complaint here.

Tried the new sweet heat fries and they were so good!

The order taker did not pay attention to what was said and messed up the order. Several people complained that their order was messed up. The order taker barely looked up from the register. Was given our food, but not our shakes. Had to ask for the shakes. Was not given straws for our shakes. Had to ask for the plastic shake straws. No one there seemed to want to be there. Floor was sticky. Tables needed to be cleaned. Very poor customer service. No apology offered for messing up the order.

Been going here for years and never an issue until recently and will never return. Apparently the exterior makeover didn't transfer to the interior and not suprised they FAILED a recent health inspection.

Food employees involved in food preparation not wearing beard covers; prior violation Feb. 7,2022. A pink, slimy residue on the deflector plate of the ice maker. Black grime on the bread racks. Static dust on the fan guards of the walk-in cooler. Single-service, single-use articles stored in the back directly on the floor and not 6 inches above the floor. The food facility does not have the original certificate for the certified food employee posted in public view. No sign or poster posted at the hand-wash sink in the near the drive-thru window to remind food employees to wash their hands. Employee personal jackets hanging on bread racks contacting the product. An open bottle of pain medication on a food preparation table in the front service area.

It is a restaurant that when you arrive to look for the deliveries that you ask for is that they begin to prepare them when they should already be ready since they were ordered online and there are times when you have to wait for execive times like half an hour or 40 min more that should not be thanks

Food was great. To be honest i think the place would fall apart without Matt. Outstanding worker and quick to help customers and other staff

In the last three visits, there were ordered food items were not put in the drive-through bag. Nobody double checks the orders for completeness. For as long as it takes to get through the drive-through, the bags could be triple checked.

I stopped in on a rainy night with my friend we were sitting there stumped on what to get, it was a ferocious rainy night rain coming in my window and down my door, well Matt, is a very outstanding kind wonderful and funny manager, we held onto a at least six minute conversation before I even ordered what a jolly good time we had just ridiculous fun good time, for no reason LOL! This guy deserves a raise. When I showed him how the rain came down inside my car door and over everything he rolled up a whole bunch of paper towels so I could wipe down my door. This guy is truly unique and awesome. You don't come by many people like him nowadays

Quick drive thru.my friend wanted a Mint chocolate shake for St Paddy's day.they were fast and delicious! Made and topped with Andes mints, and chocolate syrup. Delicious!

I always love arby's! Including the loaded mac and cheese bacon bowl that I had, and the on sale fish sandwich! Both were great.

We got the munchies and pulled into Arby's for some Roast Beef sandwiches and we were greeted by a super nice worker who made our evening by being so pleasant and efficient. I wish I had gotten his name. Great food too by the way.

I recently visited Arby's on a Friday evening. I ordered the new mac and cheese with bacon and chicken bowl. It was honestly "awful"! The cheese sauce was salty and definitely did not taste anything like cheese. The macaroni seemed like it was undercooked. The chicken, resembled a cut-up chicken tender. And the bacon was just okay. I certainly learned my lesson and I will never order that fiasco again. (See pics)

I only clicked 1 star because none wasn't an option. Was there on 3-5-23 at 6: 00 pm, and it was the dirtiest fast food establishment I was ever at. Spills were on almost every table, floor was sticky/tacky, bathroom had no paper on the rollers (fortunately, was setting on top!), and there were plenty of employees, none looked to be addressing these needs. Service was not extremely prompt, although many people "working", and when I ordered the milkshakes (that were good!), they were dripped down the outside of the cups. I will never plan to return to this location (and, as it stands, the other one on Lincoln Highway is also never frequented; parking lot is almost always "empty", seems that everyone has wisened up and goes to Chick FIL A down the street, where service and food quality is topped by none! Sorry, but would love to see things improve!

Fries OVERDONE! RUDE clerk! Just set our tray on counter and never called to let us know it was ready! We will not eat at Arby's again. Service was very poor!

Very busy. Lined up in the drive thru. Lined up in the queue inside. Staff worked very well together to keep things flowing. I thought I should leave when I saw the line inside. However, got my lunch ate it there and back to work with time left. Great teamwork.

We went through the drive through, always busy, but hit a slow time luckily. Sandwiches and fries were fresh and tasty. Very good
