Arby's, Hamburg PA

My roast beef sandwiches were both cold and EXTREMELY salty, the curly fries taste like they were under the sun lamp for 4 hours. Not satisfied. Will be complaining.

100 times better than McDonald's our burger King. To expensive but what isn't today, thanks to Joe and the democrats.

Wow! They reduced the size of their cups by a significant amount. Same prices but reducing the amounts of food and drink they give you. Last time I'll be going here.

Service was absolutely horrible! Waited for about 10 minutes before our order was even taken and there wasn’t anyone in front of us in the drive thru. Ordered 2 sandwiches, 2 fries, a large drink, and an order of chicken fingers. Asked for extra cheese on sandwiches and didn’t get extra cheese on either. Only received 1 of our fries and when we asked for our other fry, we were given a nasty look and the worker just turned their back on us and handed us a fry without even saying a word to us. Asked for Arby’s sauce and didn’t get any. Worker was eating an apple while serving food, which is absolutely unsanitary. Our drink was also not a large when we asked for a large. When we asked for the correct size, we were told that we already received a drink and can’t get another one and they can’t take back what was already given to us. Absolutely horrible customer service and really ruined going to this location.

We stopped while on a trip back from the beach yesterday so went inside to eat. The food was good, but the staffed seemed irritated and unhappy (other then the young gentleman that originally took our order, he was so nice!). The place was very clean though and stocked, and the restrooms were actually decent as well.

Drive through girl was the best drive through person I ever have had. Roast Beef is not the same anymore. Tasted like ground up meat. Gross.

Very slow service, always seem to forget something In the order. Busy talking to each other

The quality of food has drastically went down hill. I always had ordered the happy hour sliders jalapeño roast beef but since covud they have got rid of this special so now I just order a classic roast beef with Swiss (processed American) and extra diced jalapeños.this visit food was cold roast beef was cut to a ticker slice and bu s tasted old.the price I paid for my meal and the quality did not equal up. I'll give them another shot maybe they were training new staff of u derstaffed which happens all to much these days or could just be the manufacturers in where they get product now. I also can not rate the atmosphere because I had went thru drivethru

The Arby's in Hamburg have very miserable attitude employees that don't care how the food is cooked. I ordered a Greek gyro and it was drenched in grease, leaking through the bag.

Food was nice and hot. We did not get napkins with our take out order, and with a Beef and Cheddar it's very good but messy at the same time.

The bathroom was dirty as well as the drink station. The condiment station was empty and the surroundings needed much attention. The overall cleanliness was very poor.

This place used to be a great place for fast food but not anymore. The sandwiches were slapped together, the fries were not fresh out of the fryer and the diet sodas in the machine were all empty. Will not go back for a long time.

I had a horrible experience at Pine Grove so I decided to go here. That was a mistake. There was no ice in the soda we received. Ordered a Large Mint Chocolate shake and it was missing the whipped topping, chocolate drizzle, and crushed Andes mint pieces. I got mint and no chocolate at all. Those drinks aren't cheap. Then I couldn't enjoy it because the paper straw couldn't get enough suction to bring up the milkshake. I had to get a plastic straw from McDonald's before I could drink it. Should've bought my entire meal there. Maybe I'd have at least gotten what I paid for.

Asked for roast beef sandwich, was told "out of roast beef. " Never heard such a thing before, Arbys out of roast bèef, unbelievable! Won't be back anytime soon.

Arby's unfortunately Didn't Have the meats. No chicken. Was forced to get something else so I got some sort of roast beef sandwich with garlic aioli. It was wet and chewy. Gross. Fries were burnt to a crisp. Drove 30 minutes for this. Very disappointed.
