Arby's, Altoona PA

Have been going to this Arby's for 40 years and never have we ever been treated so rudely through the drive thru. First prayed that the attendant was having a bad day then to find out after telling a family member about the experience, they called corporate two times on the same individual. I mustache you a question Arby's, is it exceptable to tell your customers they cant count or argue what was really ordered?

I have been one of Arby's best customer since the 70s. Have always loved, enjoyed and would always make Arby's my number 1 choice. Today I ordered online from Plank Rd in Altoona around 11am. My food was cold, my order was a size large, they gave me small. My chicken tenders, were lukewarm. I was so mad and dissatisfied that I ended up stopping along the road and dumping the whole bag in a garbage can. Couldn't turn back to return it as I was running late to an appointment. I have traveled around a lot n have stopped in Arby's in every place that has one, this one on Plank Rd is a very big disappointment for me. Doesn't mean I'm giving up Arby's, just may have to travel a bit farther.

It has been years since I was in Arby's it was all remodeled and so many different things.
We were there about 11 12 and it sure did start to fill up fast. I really enjoyed.

Tables are dirty but besides that the food is excellent. I got the Greek gyro and it was so fresh and delicious I can't wait to get another. Definitely try one!

They refused to let me use my coupon because there's one month old. Never was an issue before

Got lunch and it was pretty expensive. $11.02 for a chicken sandwich small combo. Then I found coupon in the bag they gave me food lol. No wow factor about the food. Very clean restaurant. I did ask the cashier about the turkey gyro which is what I usually get from here and she said they don’t do the 2 for $7 with that and one gyro was $6 + so ended up getting the chicken sandwich. Turns out found the 2 for $7 gyro coupon on the coupon book that was in the bag. Maybe she needs to remember the deals better lol. Food was okay. Like their curly fries. Overall okay. Get the COUPONS if you want to get the bang for your buck here. Enjoy.

My first time at an Arby’s. It was clean and friendly. They had a nice selection to choose from so I was able to eat comfortably.

Great good but why can't you order for pickup and why doesn't this arbys register on there website?

The Burger was not as good as they made it out to be on tv but was still good their milkshakes are always good

Order the classic burgers and the buns were all mushy. Ate it and make me feel sick. Never came back here after that one time.

They close at 930 not 10. Just got here and everythings closed even though on the internet it says 10.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. We did not like the items we ordered. Steak Sandwich. This was not Altoona's problem, but a corporate problem. Would not buy this sandwich again!

Best Roast Beef, Best Curly Fries, & Best Shakes! The combination couldn't be better! Employees are definitely keeping this place appealing.super clean! A+

We order here once in a while and the food is always good but it’s never what I ordered. Today we ordered a few roast beef sandwiches and mozzarella sticks with fry’s. We got one roast beef and 3 spicy chicken sandwiches lol. Don’t know why it’s always wrong but come on …… all comes down to whoever is in charge of that kitchen. Poor management
