Arby's, Palmyra PA

The food is not very good I ordered the roast beef sandwich and the meat was to different colors and not very good.

I like milkshakes.who doesn't right? Arby's has a orange cream ciicle shake and it's awesome! The only problem is I had to travel to find out. The Palmyra Arby's is consistent with one thing and that's saying their shake machine is down every time I have tried to order a shake.and I'm not saying just once or twice or for a few days I mean everytime for 10 months.so I don't eat Arby's anymore. Thanks for not caring enough to make sure you have functional equipment.

Food is great. Helpings is plentiful. Cleaning out the ketchup dispensers occasionally would be a helpful idea!

Taking another step back in time, this restaurant offers comfortable seating, plenty of tables, and great food. The customer service is good, and is conveniently located next to a Dunkin' donuts, Walmart, and a movie theater. In my opinion, I don't think they should renovate, and should keep this nice. Old, cozy, and comfortable atmosphere. Definitely will go back again!

The manager at 7 pm gets a huge kudos for busting butt and right up front helping staff when extremely busy, he made sure if any orders incorrect they were fixed. He did a incredible job considering how drive threw was full, after me n a man in front of me were waited on I knew others came in but hadn't turned around, but when I did there were about 10 more people in line. So many managers don't help staff as this man did, he deserves a raise for sure. Granted we all had to wait, but fryers only work so fast and can only put together sandwiches so fast also. I may have had to wait 15 mins or close to it, but 43 yrs ago in college I worked in fast food and know how busy it can get but this was 7 pm and drive threw n inside full.

Stood at the counter for 15 minutes before an employee helped me then took another 10 just to get my food and they weren't even busy

Used go be my favorite fast food restaurant. About 1 week ago, stopped for lunch. Very dirty tables, many dispensers for sauces were empty. Music so loud, had to almost scream your order to employee! Parking lots filled with trash. Hoping next visit is much improved. Very sad experience

My daughter and I ate here yesterday. She ordered her wagu steak burger with no pickles, onions, and mayo instead of ranch, and she wanted mozzarella sticks instead of fries. I got mine how it normally comes. The women at the counter visibly rolled her eyes, sighed pretty loudly and then got snappy and smartassed with me when I placed my order. I could hear her and the other employees talking trash on us. Also burgers are supposed to be grilled, not deep fried like I saw the working doing to ours. They also put our burgers in the microwave to melt the cheese, which they shouldn't be doing. Also since we substituted her fries with mozzarella sticks, I expected to pay a little more. Well we got charged for the full meal and full price for the sticks, which is a rip off. She said the receipt printer wasn't working, but as soon as we turned our backs, I heard it printing. The drink dispenser is beyond filthy, along with the rest of the place, every thing was sticky, spiderwebs and dust everywhere. And to top it off our food was atrocious. A total waste of $30. This place needs shut down by the health department. Luckily I took some photos and will be passing them along to them.

I went to Arby's today to get some lunch for myself and daughter. I was the second person in line at the drive thru. Not a lot of cars in the parking lot either. I started placing my order and the lady taking my order kept on interrupting me. I couldn't even finish talking without her interrupting with saying, "Anything else? " I get up to the window and pay her. The next thing I know the window opens up and she rudely tells me to, "Go park next to that car! " No explanation why. I park next to a car and sit there for the next 10 minutes while I see other people in the drive thru getting their food. After awhile, an employee comes out with my food but no drink. She was apologetic and super nice. I told her how rude the employee was at the window and she once again apologized for that employees behavior. She came back with my drink and a coupon for a free sandwich.
The only reason why I gave 2 stars and not one is because of the super nice employee. I rarely ever stop at this Arby's because the drive-thru is super slow and their excuse is always because they are short staffed. The last time I went inside the place was dirty.
Do yourself a favor and go eat somewhere else.

The cashier told me about a 2 for 6 special that save me some money it did seem a little pricey but everything is expensive nowadays so it doesn't really matter I really like the food and the store was very clean

Very messy on the inside. Bathrooms were disgusting. They really need to concentrate on the cleanliness of the whole inside.

Paid $60 for food for 7 people, expecting to wait for such a large order, got smalls instead of mediums, only half my order was filled and when I went to the register to ask for the rest got attitude, staff is unfriendly and seem like your inconveniencing them. Tables all dirty, no napkins. Never had a problem with this place until now.

We were traveling and came up on this Arby's. The man who waited on us was not welcoming or friendly. He was rather short with us. We found a few tables had not been cleaned off yet.

This place is a joke. It seems dirty and the hired help does not present well.
I usually don't eat here but stopped in for a milk shake. Guess what. Machine was broke.
What next?

Food and service was great.
The customer service rep and I shared a few laughs while I was at the register.
