Arby's, Harrisburg PA

They let other employees talk to you how they want and they don’t say anything about but dawn is still allowed to work there and disrespect employees and customers… I couldn’t work there anymore because of that and they always had a problem when I asked for my schedule to be a certain way but yet other employees get there schedules done a certain way with no questions asked and again nothing begin said. Arby’s never kept cleaned unless I cleaned that place is a disaster waiting to happen…. Not a good place to work or eat…. It’s crazy how she was talking to me right in front of the customers.you guys are scared to take action again her

I ordered half a pound of roast beef to go. When I opened up the package, the beef was gray, dry and just old looking. I was afraid to eat it, so I threw it away. Also, the bathrooms were very clean at all.

It's just like any fast food quick and easy they're still better than McDonald's

I would have given it five stars.the lady helping us seemed new, but she did her best, had great customer service, was very helpful, patience, etc. However, as she went to grab our sandwiches, the lady making the sandwiches was very rude and had an attitude towards the order taker. Very unpleasant and unprofessional, i would say.

Everything was perfect. My order was right. Associate was nice and friendly. App worked perfectly also.

Don't know which is slower a snail or Arby's staff. Way to long for food.
Recommend going some place else.

Arby's has become one of if not the best franchise sandwich spots if your looking for the regular, but with something extra.

I was hired back in November, and was only there till the beginning of December. The managers and workers are all unprofessional and rude. They were also racist towards me. I was accused of ignoring the manager when really I couldn’t hear as I was working in the back with air fryers going off. These losers don’t even know how to train properly. Bunch of bums.

Dirty, dingy and a staff that never stops complaining. Worst Arby's I've ever been to.

Used the drive thru, and I had to repeat my order 3 times. The woman taking our order was on her phone. The order was not correct. I'm not sure why the receipt did not have cheese stix. The root beer was on the receipt, but we were given a fruit punch. When I told her about the drink being wrong, I felt like I was bothering her.
I will not be using this Arby's.

They really do have the meats! Wife got a great fresh market roasted turkey sandwich. Really good! I got the burger. Delicious!

Very fast service. The food was great. Hot and freshly made. Highly recommend. The only bad thing is that it’s a little hard to pull in and out of here. But the food is worth it. The manager took my order was very friendly. Will be back if in the area again.
