American Restaurant Arby's reviews
13 Friendly staff, brought my meal to my table.
The Gyro was delicious, thought that I was at a Greek restaurant
Food was as good as any other Arby's, but it took almost 15 minutes to get my food. I think they are short of help.
I would like to give a huge shout out to Evette who waited on me this evening. She was very sweet and understanding when I went through the drive-thru. She is very kind and has a beautiful smile which makes your trip to Arby's worthwhile
Dont bother coming in the morning. I usually stop here at night after work around 8: 30ish pm since im right around the corner. Today was the first and last time I'd go here in the morning. I assumed morning would've been as great as the people there at night. The manager on duty (Glasses missing teeth) had a grumpy attitude and was on her phone. The food took forever to come. Everyone in there were goofing around and nonstop using profanity, including the manager, extremely unprofessional! Also, a child running around hitting staff. Not teaching that child very well at her young age. I didnt realize this was a daycare. No thanks! I will stick to my awesome night crew!
(I've had this in my drafts for about a week or so)
Arby’s was my first job, we always toasted the buns. This Arby’s NEVER HAS TOASTED A BUN. They’ve recently upgraded the exterior and it looks AWESOME! The 500 cars in line at the Chick Fil A drive through across the street appreciate the sweet new look. You have a better chance at winning the Powerball than getting Arby or Horsey sauce. One of the better Arby’s around, easy 5 stars.
Great place to go if you're tired of burgers. They have a pretty good array of different kinds of sandwiches, everything that I've had has been tasty.
First the wait time for the drive thru was outrageous. 20 minutes in line with only 1 car in front of me. Then the buffalo chicken sandwich, I seen better sandwiches at a gas station. The fries were old and hard. Sort of like finding a fry under your car seat 8 months ago. The only good thing was the service. I'm not going back to that Arby's again.
Great customer service, and unlike other fast food places they clearly use fresh oil for their fries! The floor could use a mop, and the bathroom was a little outdated and rough, but usable.
Nicole took my order she was so pleasant and great to deal with, the food was good and tasted fresh.
Service was slow but the Smokehouse Brisket Sandwich was good. The young man at the drive thru was friendly.
The twists are very tasty and the lemonades are delicious, especially the strawberry one, it is worth trying them
The drive thru cashier was quite timid with handing the food over. He didn't extend the food too far
Food was ok however they didn't have what I ordered through the app. Choices were drive all across town on my lunch break (bad idea of course) or settle for a lesser choice for which they actually charged the same higher price that I paid for the food I SHOULD HAVE gotten. I filled out the survey and Arby's ignored it.
Employees were nice and courteous it's more the issue with Arby's.
I would not recommend this place
