I would not consider the new sauce on the prime rib sandwich as being a barbecue it is a pepper sauce

I always look forward to see the new items. I had a club wrap and it was very good. It takes time waiting in line but that's because the food is good.

The employee working the drive-thru was very personable, and friendly. Food came out quickly.
FYI: The orange cream shake is AMAZING! Its the perfect combination of sweet and refreshing, especially with how humid its been! Totally recommend giving that a try.
Food was hot, fresh, and tasted great!

Changed my mind. Reason being half of the stuff that sounded good haf ranch on it or honey mustard both of those i do not like AT ALL. So i went to KFC instead which was a way better choice all around.

No roll on top of roast beef sandwich. Told me there was arby's sauce with my order but there was not! Employees should pay more attention to their job.

Went through the drive through with my mother to pick up lunch. We went to the marina to enjoy our food only to discover we had gotten the wrong order. The food was absolutely horrible. If it would'nt have been so difficult to go back I would have returned it all. Very disappointing!
Still hungry.

I enjoy Arby's food especially the large beef and cheddar sandwich. The curly fries are also very good. The store was clean and also restroom.

Arbys Beef and cheddar meal. Only thing I order. Just because I love it and doubt anything else will compare!

I was in the dinning rm and I watch a guy handling garbage lift a nasty dripping bag over someone's food tray

Store is still in need of a facelift and better management. Floor is always sticky, lobby is dirty, food is ok at best.

The food was really good but.the dining room and tables were filthy. The trash was over full very disappointed.

The drive thru window could be a little faster.i spent 30 minutes in the drive thru line.and it looked like about 8 cars was in the line!

Staff average, one really creepy, food always good but sometimes prepared incorrectly, overall ok.

Good food. Filling and tasteful. Would of gave 5 stars but they messed up my order and I was eating in not in the drive thru.

Price is expensive, but the staff member at the drive thru was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. Didn't catch his name. He was probably in his 20's and had a neat black beard. Man deserves a raise. He takes his job above and beyond

It was really busy when I came in and they handled everything smoothly like it didn't even bother them. They made our food and it was completely perfect. Way to go guys. Keep up the good work.
I used to hate this place when I was a kid. Glad I gave them another chance.

It was very quick however, the food was greasy, and messy, with very little effort put into it.

A nice fast food alternative to burgers and fries. It cost a little more but they do "Have the Meats". Chicken, beef brisket, turkey, and ham. Usually fast courteous service.
