I frequently use ARC Printing for my job as we need blueprints printed on large paper. They are always responsive to my email requests, make payment easy, and are very friendly and helpful if I have any questions. Specifically today I needed something printed quickly and they called within 5 minutes letting me know that the prints would be complete in 15 minutes. The prints are always clean and clear as well.

Stopped in to see about getting a 3D printing job done. The man who was there claimed he knew nothing about 3D work, further providing me the business card of Troy Schell who works there and apparently runs between several of ARCs locations. Troy did not answer his phone whenever I called nor did he respond to the multiple voice messages I left for him over the span of two weeks. I Guess they either cant do 3D work as claimed or they dont need the business. Either way, take your business somewhere that cares and will at least return your calls.

ARC is the only company I work with for all my blue print needs. Response time for emails is very quick as is document printing. Staff has always been friendly, welcoming, and willing to work with you. I highly recommend ARC.
