We had a great experience with ACD! Before talking to ACD, we had plans to work with a different company to replace our brick patio. The project kept getting deprioritized, and the contractor who was handling our job was unclear on the details of what we wanted, was unresponsiveness, and all around did not give us a good feeling. We decided to look at new options. We read all the positive reviews for ACD design and decided to give them a call. Very quickly, we had a consultation booked and the office admin staff was very kind and helpful to us in getting set up. Tim, who is awesome to work with, came out and we could tell he knew what he was doing, and had a lot of expertise and experience. He really listened to what we wanted, and took plenty of time to make sure he captured every detail. In places where we were unsure, he gave great recommendations. Our quote came back quickly, and the pricing was very reasonable for all the work we wanted. They came out very quickly following our initial consult to do the work. The team worked tirelessly from the early morning into the evening for 4 full days. Overall, it took just the week to complete the job before we were enjoying our beautiful patio, and 2 new walkways. Everything looks absolutely fantastic and we are very thrilled with the results. Highly recommend ACD to anyone looking to get this type of work done. Thank you ACD for everything! Adam and his team were excellent! Adam brought multiple samples to our house to compare with our coping on-site, answered all of our questions, and was very responsive. He even suggested actual locations we could visit to see the darker concrete color we were interested in, yet hesitant to make a bold decision. His installation team was efficient, professional, and high quality. We are very happy with the process and end product!

From start to finish, everyone we worked with was fabulous. Natalie came out and measured and answered all of my questions. The crews that came out were on time and cleaned up everything before they left. Our patio looks amazing!

STAY AWAY! ACD poured my concrete pool deck in April of 2022. In August 2022, we noticed areas were not level, edges around stone work were not clean, corners were "sloppy", and there were areas where the concrete was beginning to wear and crumble off. We contacted ACD several times, and at most, was able to talk to the receptionist and was told the Service Manager would call back. He never did, despite several calls from us. We started calling again in March of 2023. Again, the receptionist would not connect me to anyone so I was only able to speak with here. She gave me a number to send pictures to and said she would share them with the Service Manager, who would get back to me. He never did. I reached out to her several more times. Finally she told me she showed the pictures to the Service Manager, who said there was nothing they could do to fix the issues.furthermore, she told me the crumbling was "normal". Normal for a less than 1 year old, 20K pool deck? ! I am flabbergasted. I have sought the advice of other companies to see what needs to be done to fix this. I am told by each and all that ACD did not pour or finish off the concrete properly and I am likely looking at paying an additional 10-20K to have this fixed.and my biggest frustration is that ACD is not even willing to speak with me. Rather they collected our money, poured the concreate and ghosted us.so clearly they do not stand behind their work, and when they know they did a botch job.they just go radio silent.interesting way to run a company!

ACD provided design services and installed our new stamped concrete walkway which now provides a grand entrance to our covered back deck. They are a highly professional company to deal with - responsiveness, thoroughness and attentiveness are just some of the thoughts that come to mind when thinking about my particular project. They honored commitments (appointment times, project schedule) and kept us informed of next steps and what to expect throughout the project. ACD also does care about their customers - there was a minor issue that occurred during the project and ACD worked with me afterward to make it right.appreciate a company that not only stands behind their workmanship, but makes sure their customer is happy. Highly recommend!

My husband and I had ACD put in a large patio and we have loved it for years. We have also had them re-seal it a few times as well and it looks brand new! They did a great job again yesterday. Don't hesitate to call them! Our patterned concrete looks like actual slate with bricks around the border. It is beautiful after all these years! Everyone who sees it always asks who did it. They can hardly believe it is concrete!
