4 We moved to Arcona neighborhood not more than a year ago and there have been so many issues.
Most important of those is the water leakage (happened twice).
Our roof was dripping, there are water patches all over the living room and through the recessed lights. There are leakages in the restrooms twice (once in each restroom).
Their construction quality is so poor and nobody from the emergency team responds/receives calls when needed (they always go to voice mail).
I am utterly disappointed and would not recommend the builder to anyone. If there is a chance to rate them 0, then I would rate them negative.
I bought a house built by Charter in August of 2016. I had some issues during the first year of ownership, which were handled after a few phone calls. However, just recently only after 6 years of ownership, I had a roof leak. They refused to repair it since it is not covered by their warranty and are not returning phone calls to go over options to get it repaired. The quality not just of their roof installations, but overall is poor for the amount of money spent!
Very nice, new neighborhood. Close to everything, buy also not in the epicenter
I don’t live there but the apartments I saw were nice but small for the price they are asking. They didn’t have assigned parking spots which I personally like.
