Damian was cordial, professional, and very east to talk and communicate with, the experience was very positive, as I drove over from New Jersey unsure of the experience, however it was the best experience I ever had at a Lab!

No problem with the service. Everything was explained and done perfectly. Problem was with signage. Very little to indicate you are at the right location for TSA except for a decal on the outside door

Do not recommend this place for any dot or urine testing there are uneducated and unexperienced please don't go here if your taking a test for urine thanks me later

The gentleman who helped me was very nice and welcoming but it was nearly impossible to know where to go since the business I was told to look for was not posted on the door and the two women who I guess were there to direct people seemed very reluctant to do their jobs.

Came to this identigo location for tsa pre check and it was amazing. I was immediately greeted at the door, placed in the waiting room for a moment, but then taken right back for my appointment since there was no wait! You can tell this location runs efficiently and on time for appointments. The ladies here were really kind and genuine

I had some blood work that needed to be done. It was a kit that had been given to me by an integrative health doctor. I just needed a phlebotomist to do it, but everywhere I went (pcp, labcorp, Qwest diagnostics) no one would do it. I was going to have to pay $180 for a traveling phlebotomist todo it in home, but then I found ARCpoint. Way cheaper and they were super flexible with the scheduling. The person that actually drew the blood samples was veru friendly, personable, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this place!

The appointment was made online prior to the visit to the location in Philadelphia, therefore I didn’t have to wait for fingerprints and pictures to be done. Very nice gentleman took care of the process quickly and was super professional.

Overall fast and smooth service very professional place only issue I had was they charged two different credit cards twice because the card machine didn’t work properly so I had a total of 4 charges for 1 transaction.

I came to ARCpoint Labs to get fingerprinted and it was my 1st time here. I was kind of late due to being at the wrong location, but the guy said that's alright and he still serviced me. This place was so calm, quiet, peacful, and clean, they have excellent customer service and they got me in and out.

The young lady taking care of me was EXCELLENT. She was friendly and extremely professional.

In and out for 2 people in under 5 minutes. The gentleman that was working there at 9am on November 3rd made the whole process seamless!

I arrived early for my appointment, was greeted courteously and promptly, and did not have to wait. The staff was very professional and friendly.

I went to the 6th Street office early in the morning (9 am) and was the only person. My fingerprint results came back in by email 2 hours after my appointment.

Clean well organized welcoming friendly professional and efficient staff and appointments right on time

The service itself was excellent. My only complaint is that the staff were going to prioritize serving a customer who arrived 20-30 minutes after me, even though I had already been waiting for over 30 minutes, and I had to advocate for the staff to serve me first. It seems that people should be served in the order they arrive, especially if they are on time or only minimally late for their appointments (I was only 3 minutes late because I had accidentally gone to the lab across the street).
