I’m a current CNA that comes through a agency. Arden Courts have accepted me as a family and is good support system! Awesome environment! COVID-19 free! And they always support us to be better as a team! I enjoy working here! They also give back to us to show appreciation by buying awesome food for us! It’s a good place to work! The staff is amazing as well!

My mother-in-law has been a resident at Arden Courts for over two years. Our family is very happy with the care she receives. All of the staff here are loving, caring and attentive. While we miss being with her all the time, we are relieved to know they are taking such good care of her. Thank you!

Where do I begin? There is so much for which I am thankful because of Arden Courts of Old Orchard! For starters, Dustin, Jen, Jodi & her wonderful nursing staff, Catherine, Diane, Arlene, the entire team of remarkable & incredibly kind care givers who protect my Mom & keep her safe & healthy during her senior years. And There is one other very special person who makes Arden Courts the beautiful home that it is. Dave not only keeps the facility spotless, but in perfect running order. The private rooms are cozy and if anything is needed to suit the needs of a loved one, Dave is there fixing a door knob, hanging a special family photo, carrying a heavy tote, moving furniture or tending to any other family request.

Mom is 92 years old and was a very independent, self sufficient woman until she had a stroke in 2013. Her memory went down hill quickly. After caring for her & Dad, who also was suffering from dementia, from a distance of nearly 50 miles several times weekly, Mom began to become more & more resistant to any care. So I searched for help. In house care & PT was a band aid for a few months, but after Dad having a fall & being hospitalized, rehab would not allow him to come home since Mom was no longer able to care for him & I lived too far. She fought hard to keep her role as his caretaker, but it forced me to find a safe place for both of my parents.

We were fortunate to stumble upon a small facility very close to my home. It worked for many months, but the care did not remain safe. There were several accusations reported by families of some of the residents, & shortly thereafter, the state investigations began. The rest got very ugly, & thankfully my daughter found Arden Courts of Old Orchard. We met Dustin & immediately felt “at home” & that it was perfect for them. Unfortunately, Dad passed suddenly only days before move-in. At 89 years old, Mom joined the Arden Courts Old Orchard family. They welcomed her with open arms. She is now 92 & is in great health. I feel my Mom & my family are very blessed to have found this family of angels. If there is anyone I have not mentioned, I apologize. EVERYONE is a very special person at Arden Courts. I am able to sleep at night knowing that she is in the best of hands. Thank you to the entire Arden Courts team️

My Mother-In-Law has been a resident of Arden Courts of Old Orchard for two and a half years, and my wife and I have been so pleased with the love and care she has received there. The facility is modern, clean, and well-maintained. The care staff, activities staff, housekeeping staff and nursing team are extremely professional and dedicated. The front office staff/administration has always been very responsive to my Mother-in-Law's needs and our needs as a family- We have always felt very welcome there. Arden Courts of Old Orchard has been an answer to our prayers.

I would not recommend Arden Courts. This place is very unprofessional and the supervisors there aren’t patient with the residents.

My mom has been a resident at Arden Courts for just about a year now. I can finally sleep at night knowing she is well-cared for and safe. The facility is clean and inviting. Residents are able to enjoy the outdoors in a secure environment. There are activities offered all day long, and the activities director, Jenn is top-notch. She is extremely skilled and very caring. Katherine at the front desk is pleasant and super helpful. The phone is always answered promptly and my questions addressed. All of the staff are very friendly and treat my mom with dignity and respect. Daisy, the chef is awesome and often makes my mom special selections.
The administration were extremely proactive in implementing systems to avoid COVID exposure to their residents and it has been a huge success! I would highly recommend Arden Courts. I toured other facilities, and none compare to Arden.

I am giving Arden courts of old orchard 5 stars for the hands on treatment of my mother who has been living there for over a year. The hands on staff love the residents. They go above and beyond for the people residing there and for family members as well. You must be a special kind of person for this line of work, and I do believe they are all angels. The nursing staff, hands on care takers, activitiies personnel, maintanence, and food service staff are lovely, hard working, skilled people and I am very grateful to them all for taking such great care of my mom and for showing my mom respect and love. I know my mom is in the right place and I feel safe and relieved knowing she is in such loving and skilled hands.
I do want the staff to recieve 5 stars, but if I am being totally honest, I would be even happier if I felt the same honesty, dedication, and respect from top level management. I now know better after being blown off and falsely led to just go directly to hands on staff with questions or help. The staff is genuine and you feel that you and your loved one are seen and heard by them. Top management would do well to follow their lead. If you are busy and don't have time, just say that. If you don't want to see or hear family members, then just redirect inquiries to staff. I dont need a conversation with top management now that I know the staff can do it all.
In the begining I did not want to overload them with my concerns as I became adjusted to my mom's new environment. They work soooooo hard! Now, I know to make the direct route to hands on staff who will go above and beyond or redirect me and at least make me feel seen and heard. Thank you Arden courts of Old Orchards staff for shining your beautiful lights on on my mom and myself!
