Ardent Credit Union, Philadelphia PA

Went in to get cash out for a vacation. Was informed they don’t provide cash withdrawals at their CU. I was told to go to a competitor for a withdrawal more than my Daily ATM allotment. Seriously a sad state of affairs when getting cash that you’ve earned is not allowed by the bank you’ve chosen. Sadly I am an uniformed customer, that’s on me—and now I know.

I’ve been a member since the 70’s. They are consistently the best! I do all my bills thru online banking and use telephone banking for everything else I’ve had all the loans and mortgages thru them. The reps are so courteous & knowledgeable. They make banking a pleasure.

Love Ardent Credit Union. Had only good experiences with then. Amazing low rates on my mortgage and car loan. Highly recommend it. Banks have been robbing me too long. Thank you Ardent and thank your excellent staff.

If you don't have a car concierge at your credit union, I suggest switching to Ardent. Pete Kuryluk is the BOMB! This man has worked with me for almost a year trying to purchase a care during the pandemic. I finally got my vehicle

I am been a member for 26 years. This is the most trusted banks around. I love that they have newer locations where you can walk-in-to and be greeted by name. That is how important their members are to them. The staff members are friendly and professional. The best bank around. Note: They do not give cash change or out at any of their locations but offer atm services for cash needs.

This bank offers almost absolutely no benefits versus almost every other bank out there and have barely any locations anywhere making it extremely inconvenient and difficult when you need to go to a branch because one of their incompetent online customer service reps refused to assist you. I am a former client of theirs who signed on with them through my company jevs at home in Philadelphia.

Great experience with helpful staff. Lateka and Traci were so kind and they went the extra mile to help me out. I don't have a credit union here yet but this wonderful experience made the choice clear, when I am ready to switch my accounts after moving I will be going to Ardent!

I had fraud on my Card and Checking account and Ardent Fraud Dept and Customer Service were the best and resolved my issue with no fees or questions. I have never had a problem with Ardent formally SB1. Everyone is friendly and eager to Help. I deal with no other banks.

This is a deceitful organization that has ripped my family off for the last time. The liar that responds to these reviews intentionally makes tall tales up, straying from the actual review topic, making assumptions on "whom" is leaving the review, in an attempt to back peddle the vile treatment they bestowed upon their former customer! I DO NOT HAVE TO STATE MY REAL NAME NOR DO I HAVE TO USE MY NAME WHAT SO EVER ON MY EMAIL!

Staff is professional and courteous. Not a long wait when calling and you will speak with someone at all times to assist with your concerns. If looking for a place to bank, I recommend them.
