Pleasant experience all the way through, from the service rep on the phone making the appointment, to dropping my car and checking in. Tom was excellent, called while my car was being serviced, explained things and saved me some time and money.

Front desk, receptionist and staff are super friendly and knowledgeable. The entire experience of scheduling, drop off and pick up are very easy. The gentleman who went over my maintenance plan was ver accommodating and knowledgeable. Suggested a few option for a repair in needed. While the inspection is going on I got an update with the pricing and was able to chose options on the repair online. All on all I think this is excellent customer service!

Service department is incredibly fast and friendly. Its always quick and easy. The service manager goes above and beyond for his customers. The service writer Franco is also very handsome.

If I could give zero stars I would! Joshua Fletcher the service manager of Ardmore Toyota is a complete Fraud of a person who has lied multiple times and causes his customers to have issues and he will make up lies to make you at fault, if you are ever in a situation where you have to speak to the service manager here at Ardmore Toyota just know that your situation will get worse because of how crooked of a person Josh is, just leave the dealer and do not deal with the service department and he is not trustworthy to be in a service department. DO NOT DEAL WITH HIM! AVOID HIM AT ALL COST.

Edit: No one ever reached out, as you can see by the other review, this is a normal thing at this dealership. They must be held accountable for their actions, I’ll keep climbing until I reach a resolution.

I love this place. Everyone is so pleasant. Donald Cannon was great and really tried his best to meet my needs. I am eternally thankful for him and his service. Also, Toyota, it would be nice if you had payment plans for customers who would like to extend or renew maintenance, but cannot afford to come out their pockets with the full amount. This economy is steadily rising and wages aren't, so please meet your loyal customers where they are so that they can try to keep up with the efficiency of their vehicle. Thanks in advance.

Ardmore Toyota is the only place I take my vehicles. I trust them. I know if I take my vehicle there the job will be done right. They do great work in a timely fashion and everyone they’re is polite respectful.

Ardmore Toyota was recommended by a friend and I’m extremely satisfied with his recommendation. They fit me in their schedule to accommodate my schedule and had the repairs completed as promised. The staff was great and and kept me updated on the repairs and my vehicle looked great when I picked it up. I highly recommend Ardmore to anyone who has an unfortunate incident that requires repairs!

Service advisor Jonathan was great! He was direct and explained every aspect of my cars service very well. Im not very car savvy, so I really appreciated the way he communicated and his sense of humor. I will always come back here now.

Dealers are notorious for inflated prices and pushing unneeded service. Ardmore Toyota is no exception.

Update to dealer's reply: does not matter what they say, charging $30 to install a $30 air filter is highway robbery, especially when the filter is already overpriced. And my friends know more than a little about car servicing. And add that on to similar experiences at other Toyota dealers and it's a trend.

There's one word that describes the service department at this dealership. CLOWNS. When you take your car to a dealership for repair, you expect then to get to the root of your issue and give you the facts. Instead, you’ll get lies and made up stories from the service dept and management of service to make them look good and like they are in the right and you are in the wrong. Which is extremely shocking. I was very shocked to hear this, as my mother used to take her vehicle in for service for the past 6+ years here. This will now change.

They really need Kim Gallia back in order to have a great experience again. I will not be ever coming back until the management here is changed.

I was charged $365 for a diagnostic on what was wrong with my AC. Supposedly they needed to drain the gas, put dye in it, put the gas back in, and recharge it, in order to tell me that it needed a new AC compressor. I found out later that Firestone charges only $10 for an AC diagnostic.

Brought our car in because our two front tires were flat—very flat. We had a replacement on one and we were able to fill up the other before drop off. They found a nail in the one we replaced so they changed it out, but said they couldn’t find anything in the other. That didn’t sound right to me, so I called when it was ready for pickup if they could check the tires to make sure they all held air. The guy on who had been working on our car (I’ll leave his name out of this) completely brushed me off on the phone and had the audacity to immediately call my husband after talking to me—which I’m assuming is because he didn’t take what I was saying seriously or thought I was overreacting. To no surprise at all, that tire has not held up air which is a massive inconvenience not only in general but because we have been in the process of moving. We will not be bringing our car here for service again.

Always bring my Toyota sienna here for service when I called to get service for a inspection and oil change the lady on the phone act like she didn't want to take my business saying I should take it to another toyota dealer so I did now conicelli has my business due to a nasty person on the phone please make sure she gets better training.

Been going here for a number of years now. Always great service, good prices, they typically have a ton of specials for getting your car serviced (check their website). Highly recommend anyone looking to get their Toyota car serviced to use them!

Avoid this dealership, worst experience ever, Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere! UPDATE: Recieved a call from Frank Sorrentino about my concerns and the miscommunication that had transpired before and during my visit, He made everything right also put my faith back in their customer service. Frank thank you for making things right I greatly appreciate all you did. I would recommend if you have a concern or problem reach out to Frank I'm sure he can help.

I would give this dealership ZERO STARS if that was available! Why? Because they are dishonest! I took my car to the dealership to be inspected and they would not give me the safety inspection sticker because they said I needed to replace something that would cost me $800, only to find out when I took my car to an auto repair place a friend recommended, that what Toyota insisted I needed was in perfect shape and I did not need this at all, and this auto repair place provided the safety sticker right away! This dealership is dishonest and crooked, and only looking to take advantage of innocent people! Therefore, I recommend that you stay away from this dealership!
