Terrible service! They booked a load and lie to me for a while and then they said its covered. The one Lora that also hardly speaks english was the one who wasted my time!
Dont use them!

Avoid this broker. The communication and coordination of booking a load is almost laughable. For this one load I think we got passed around to 4 different people Mathew, Maria, Diego and A.romero. It took hours to get a rate con, shipper had no idea there was a truck coming and the load got setup with them while we were checking in at the office. Thank God the load actually existed. Then another wait multiple emails, texts and phone calls to verify the numbers so we could actually leave. Reading these other reviews makes me thankful this load wasn't cancelled on us.

Worst company i had to deal with, horrible customer service.

About three different times I have booked a load with this company and then I never receive a rate confirmation. When I call to ask about the confirmation they act like they have no idea what I’m talking about. The employees seem to be incompetent.

Owner Operators stay away from this company. There are way too many deductions. I've made once $5,038 gross and after deductions i got $149.83. And this happened more than once.another time I ended up owing the company so I got a check of $-660. Going across country with my own truck i was surviving with my truck Repair account a literary drain my account just to survive. I worked here for about a month and I never once received a paycheck it was always owning the company because they have to many deductions.about 1,102 in Deductions not including fuel. Safe yourselves the trouble and stress.

Very rude people, call to get a load posted on DAT load boards and the lady just hang up the phone on me 2 times.

Booked a load for what i though was a 53ft step deck.found out after hours of back and forth that we could actually use the step deck go through the process of setting up go to the shipper only to find out that it won't work due to the bulk head.not one person said a word about not having a bulk head.was told by shipper they do it all the time and we would get a truck order not used.the broker Jon Pampalon whom i never even spoke with denies the truck order not used said that we should have read the fine print on rate confirmation. He then proceeds to tell me I am a racist because I said the person I spoke to didn't speak good English. Always nice to hear when you don't want to take care of your failures. I do not recommend this company.

They did return all of my escrow after I quit. I just didn’t get along to well with Heather. ARL did pay me on time as long as they were paid by the broker. The only thing I would suggest is to always keep every copy of your bol because if you lose it and ARL calls needing it a month later. They will charge you for it.

All in all I would recommend them but keep track of all your paperwork.

I have had a wonderful experience working with their staff. They are extremely attentive and responsive.

No wonder they had one star, I booked a load yesterday, drove 3 hours empty while calling and being called 5 times in that timeframe to update my ETA. The moment I stepped in shipping office they told me someone else picked the load up hours ago.

Booked a load, they found someone cheaper and canceled on us. A week later they’re calling us asking for the “BOL”. These people are a joke I mean just look at the reviews on here. Last time I dealt with something like ARL I ended up flushing it … and I’m not talking about # 1…

If I could give them -5 I would.the company does not care about there driver.the dispatch are not dispatcher.they just look for money.and they will throw you under the bus. She is always looking for a way not to pay the driver.worst company ever.please run away

Dispatching all liars
Had me on load schedule for pickup at 1 pm
Rushing me to get to shipper to wait 5 hours and pay me $100 for detention
Left at moment he said that shipper mad for me not taking load
Then they reported me

To whom it may concern
1. They hold your last check for a minimum of 45 days and that’s firm
2. The License plate program is scam even when you turn in the plates they continue charging you 50.00 weekly for the plates until they find another driver that needs them
3. They don’t let you see any form of rate confirmation price only what they think you deserve is what you get.off site pick ups and TONU you better keep an eye out on them paying you
4. They add a lot of deductions beware check and keep very accurate records because it seems like they want to keep a lot of your hard earned money
5. ARL seems to work with some shady dispatch service companies because those companies can’t help you with any information without ARL’s approval so that’s an indication they are solely dispatch services and most likely charge a fee that is paid from your money
6. At first it’s all smiles but then they make mistakes and blame the drivers they are never wrong
7. A lot of dead heading

Quit returning my plates and equipment and there holding my last check. Wonder how much of that money will they keep and try to say that I owed them for who knows what.

Dispatch our truck and the truck got onsite and load canceled. Was told a TONU was available.now they avoid phone calls and or don't return them.
I am sure they kept it for themselves.very shady company.

Came over from another trucking compn and they really care about the employees.night and day compared to the other company

Raymond Green and Kathleen is a crook and thief. I quit because they was cheating me out if money. It took 2 weeks to figure them out. Now i see why Raymond Green employees be putting flour in his tank and want to fight him. Protect your cdl and pass this company up knowing they will do it to you too.

ARL is trash they lie steal your money and Kathleen aint worth a nickel in chinese money just cant get the truth out of her if you paid her and you quite forget about the last check
