This practice does not know what they are doing as far as scheduling appointments, communicating with patients, and constantly giving you the run around. Husband has been seen no less than 4 times for a “consultation. ” He had an MRI done with them and when then after the 4th consultation they tell him they can’t give him the injection in his back that he needs. Why they never said that at consult 1 I have no idea. I’m thinking it is to get get another office visit out of him since he has good insurance. Don’t waste your time at this place.

They were quick getting me an intake appointment and MRI, but then my follow up wasn't until three weeks later. I left a message to have someone call me to explain the results of the MRI and never heard back. I was able to message a little with a medical assistant, but they essentially just restated the MRI report findings with not much explanation. My provider was knowledgeable, but seemed overbooked and couldn't spend much time with me. Ultimately, my experience did not give me the confidence to have the surgery there so I went to another practice.

Came in due to pain near tailbone. Every person I communicated with was in a good and positive mood. Front desk was helping this office despite not even usually working there. X-rays were quick and painless. Results took a while but since it is a walk in place you just gotta be patient. Afterwards, we were assisted in finding someone who could help me at my followup appointment.

Overall great experience. Quick and painless.

I've been seeing Dr. "G" since 2000, he replaced both my knees and did an excellent job. The shots he gave me helped in all instances whether it be shoulder, wrist, or knees, now it's my back. I've faith in him!

Dr King is a great surgeon, does great work, and cares about his patients. Most of the office workers are also very caring. Overall, a great experience.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! First visit the provider didn’t really talk to me, just came in, told me I was getting an injection, gave the the injection and left. Second visit, after the first treatment did nothing, the Dr.administered a “local” which accidentally ended up in my blood rendering me unable to drive for approximately 3 hours, said he “may have accidentally nicked a vein”, then he treated the wrong area after I specifically pointed to the problem area. Now I have pain In two areas. Wildly unsatisfied!

Great group of orthopedic surgeons. Top notch and not only skillful but empathetic.
The facility is clean, modern and comfortable. Not only top notch surgeons but a truly professional support staff. Very little wait time and they take their time to make sure not only your needs but your concerns are addressed. I highly reccomend this group for any orthopedic needs you may have.

MRI Imagining
8/16/21 called office 4 times to schedule an appt, noone answers.

8/17/21 called office waited 15 minutes had to hang up before anyone answered

8/17/21 called them again waited 15 minutes noone answrs then drove my car to the office while still waiting for someone to answer. Walked in the office while still on hold 38 minutes later. The look on her face was priceless. But…. No appt til 8/31/2021.8/30/2021 Arlington MRI just called because they need to reschedule the appt.

Its not ok to do business like this!
AVOID the MRI dept at all costs!

Ridiculousness at its finest!

I went here for nerve issues in my neck. Saw one doctor, who said they were 90% sure I needed one type of surgery in my neck. Said to see their "specialist" just be sure. I saw their "specialist" who worked at the same office. The specialist said that I needed a surgery in my shoulder. So, with two different opinions, I went back to the first surgeon about what I should do. Now, this surgeon seemed to change their mind. The first visit was surgery, but now this surgeon proclaimed to "live with the symptoms for as long as you can. " This surgeon mentioned that they have a similar issue in their neck, but that they had not gotten the surgery yet. I then asked about what the "specialist" had said. This neck surgeon said they were unaware. They then asked a younger person who seemed to be an assistant to look up what the "specialist" wrote in their report. The younger assistant said that the "specialist" had not yet signed off on their report, so their findings were not yet able to be seen. I waited. There was no mention as to what would be done. The neck surgeon did not even offer to talk to the "specialist. " When I mentioned the surgery that the "specialist" wanted to perform, I was told that that surgery was very dangerous. Also, I mentioned that while I was recovering for nerve damage to hopefully repair (which is a timeline of 18-24 months), I was offered to have a prosthetic built by another company. At the mention of this prosthetic, this neck surgeon seemed to lose patience, and said to just hand him the paperwork and he would sign it right away. This seemed to me a way to just get me out the door. I have not heard back from either surgeon, and there was no mention that either one ever talked to the other. How am I supposed to know which surgery to choose if two grown professionals (who work at the same place) can not even be bothered to talk to one another about a patient?

I had my second lumbar surgery January 19th 2021 it was performed by Dr Beutler and Dr Peppleman as was my first 6 years ago. These two surgeons are amazing very caring and compassionate I would not choose anyone else to operate on me!

They refuse walk in care and cancel appointments without the patients consent. Not recommending this practice.

I had hand surgery on July 7. Dr. Maurer and his team showed up in my room after wards to check on me. They were very nice. Had to go upstairs for therapy. The therapist I dealt with were awesome. They were caring, gentle, and helpful. Hands down ‍️were great to work with. Kudos to Lynn & Donna.

I had been seeing Dr Ackerman for issues with my knees and this year my left knee was replaced. My surgery, care and post op needs were met with the utmost care and concern. My PT continued with Arlington and the team of therapists including Meghan, Jessica and others pushed me but were by my side every step of the way. The most professional and caring group of people I have dealt With! I highly recommend the Arlington Group for your orthopedic needs.

The care that I have received from the Arlington Group, especially from Dr. Mauer has been outstanding. I have the utmost respect and confidence that he is knowledgeable and does everything within his power to correct whatever issues I bring to him. He has performed surgery on me three times, and each time the results have exceeded my expectations.
He will take as much time as needed during every visit and explains every procedure and test in a clear and concise manner. He listens to my concerns and answers my questions.
In closing, I would like to add that he is gentle, kind and truly caring. I am very grateful to be under his care. I couldn’t ask for a better doctor.

To say the least we were disappointed with our experience. Dr. Ackerman's followup care was horrible, he did not listen/hear my husbands complaints during post-op visits. As a result, a 12-16 week recovery period is now well past 6 months. We've sought a second opinion and found that another surgery is required to address/correct the issues.
