I went for a tooth extraction. Dr. Kolodychak was so very kind, gentle, informative and professional!
The experience from calling to scheduling the appointment to checkout after the procedure was excellent! The staff could not have been more kind, efficient and professional! I highly recommend this practice!

I was surprised at how quickly I could schedule an appointment. The process was simple. My visit was pleasant with friendly, professional staff who were efficient. Dr. Armanini was thorough and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this practice.

My 15 year old daughter got her wisdom teeth out here today and it was not a good experience. They make the parent wait in the waiting room which is nerve wracking. I was told it was going to take 45 minutes to do and after nearly two hours I had to go up to the desk and ask for an update myself. The receptionist acted like this was a huge inconvenience. After it was all over, nobody had any explanation for why it took so long. Overall would not recommend, very worrisome and uncomfortable situation.

At least 2 of the receptionists that they have working for them are very unprofessional which makes the practice look bad. Because of poor communication and lack of knowledge and unwillingness to look into my insurance we had to reschedule again. The one receptionist apologized, but I believe it was because she knew I was going to report her.

I cannot speak highly enough about Dr. Armanini and his staff. I had all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed this morning, and it was an all around pleasant experience. He even took the time out of the end of his work day to check in on me to make sure that I was doing well and answer any questions I may of had. Highly recommend!

Dr. Basile pulled a broken rear molar a few months ago and put implant yesterday 2/21/23. This morning ZERO pain. Last night I only needed a dose of Advil and Tylenol and was just fine. The pain I did have was simply from the shots, which is no different than having a cavity fixed.

Both having tooth pulled and implant was as easy as it could be, thanks to Dr. Basile and Kelly.

Made an appointment, only for two weeks later to be told they didn't accept medicaid insurance. While still having to deal with my dental issue, and I could have been looking for anyplace else that would accept my insurance. Don't want a dental issue becoming a dental emergency because I have to wait to find out I can't be helped. If you don't accept someone's insurance you should tell them right away.
