Early last year 2022, I took my car for just an engine oil change and Robb came back saying there's a leak in the car with an estimate of $2500. I was scared to death and knowing that was odd abd it didn't feel right what I heard well I asked my God Mom who happened to be white and she got me her neighbors who showed me an auto place to take my car. I has $1000 redrawn from the Atm on Mt way. Took the car to this new place then after 20 minutes I was told madam there's no leak and no problem with your car. I was told it only needed stirring fluid. I asked how much I was $5. Now that is the red flag for me comparing the service center that gave me that huge estimate of $2500 and lied to me that there was a leak in my car. Yeah race and also me being a woman played it well at it best at the service center here. I will never in my life recommend this place to anyone of any race and oh by the way their collusion center is the worst place to ask an insurance company to pay them to work on your car. They don't value what customer service relationship is and oh is all about the $$$$$$ to these folks. Not your car or you the driver driving it.

Went in for a oil change and was driving home 20mins later! They definitely have a returning customer.

This is my first time at this Chevy Service Center. Let me be honest, I assumed because of their location and the fact that they are a dealership, they would try to take as much money as a priority. With that being said, when I walked into the service center, I explained my issues and what I've already tried and Art Wharton went above and beyond to get me answers and clarity. He pointed me in the right direction to save me money, time, and hassle. I was able to buy a $55 part from the parts department instead of having a $200 diagnostic that would've told me the same thing I already knew. I'm gonna install this part when I get home. Thank you so much Art. Even if the part doest work, I know you had good intentions to save me money.

I usually hate going to get service at car dealerships but Armen Chevrolet got the work done & I was out of there quick.

Art is a great service advisor offered excellent service and reassurance in getting my vehicle back to me in a timely matter. Also taking in consideration of personal life and time he was excellent in dealing within the service department and knowledgeable on the vehicle and it’s behaviors. While I was here I observed Art reassuring a customer that everything will be okay even though she was in tears, don’t know the situation but for the fact she was already out of the service area and outside, and he came out to check on her. Very good service overall. Fast turnaround, professional, extremely trustworthy. I'm servicing the car I bought at Armen Dealership and I'm grateful for both - their sales division and the service center. My next car will definitely be bought and serviced at Armen too.

Stopped in with a question about my chevy and one of the techs was very helpful. Didn't have any work done but would consider coming here if needed based on my experience so far.

My name is Avon and I was at this dealer because a customer of mine wanted to have the car I was about to sell him checked out in the middle of me talking to the service writer appears an older white guy later identified as the manager he got very aggressive and rude and out of nowhere this guy calls the cops on me unprovoked, my suggestion is patronize with caution it seemed as normal practice nobody was at all shocked.

Exceptional service experience. Everyone is courteous and friendly. Work done very professionally and timely. Steve, the manager I worked with, on my 2008 SAAB 9.3 was hugely helpful and the technician who worked on the car was totally skilled in the product and repairs. I highly recommend anyone with any Saab or GM product to try this service Department, 5 out of 5 stars, plus+! You'll not be disappointed.

Armen service department charged me $104 for a simple oil change and tire rotation - a routine procedure which is $69 according to their website at the time. I was too tired to discuss this with the front desk guy/tech (I won't mention him, for now). I hope they stop overcharging - they are probably using COVID-19 as an excuse. You will notice that most of the good reviews here are from people who purchased a car, not from people who needed repairs or maintenance work. It's actually important for a dealership to have a good service department for the cars they are selling.

I had a good experience. Best service guy is Chip. Although he didn't wait on me today.

Went there for warranty work (muffler parts rusted off at 30k miles on garaged Enclave). Standard bracket wasn't in stock, I now need to wait several days for follow-up appt. No effort was made to fashion temporary part to make car less noisy. Meanwhile I'm charged $200 for this part in the same breath that they told me it's covered by warranty. Fortunately I noticed this extra charge, had it zeroed out. In general they charge too much for basics like oil change, state inspection, but you hope (incorrectly) that you can get convenient 1-stop warranty work done.

Inspection and oil change done. 9am appointment took me right in and within no time I was on my way home. Special thanks to Steve for always making me feel welcome.

Both times I’ve come in Barry from service was rude, condescending and unprofessional. I’m taking my car to the Chapman location

Had my engine light checked here and they did some minor work on the battery connector. The changes weren't done well and had subsequent issues a few weeks later. Went somewhere else to get it actually fixed.

Had a problem with my 2017 Cruze had to do a lot of going back n forth since my check engine light was also being stubborn, but ones the problem was found Chip Kane fixed my car in less than a week.
