We are unable to play recorded shows from our Armstrong DVR. Is anyone else getting the error message V636-404? We are told through a customer service chat that there is no known fix as the recording itself gets corrupted. There is no estimate at this time when the issue will be resolved.

Such bad service and customer service. Constant drops to internet. They have some out and replaced everything in multiple visits. Customer service continually says they don't see a problem. But able to view the logs on the modem itself and its shows error after error. After I reported this to armstrong they said I am not allowed to look at the logs on the modem. I just used the information printed on the modem. They obviously aren't looking at the logs so someone has to. I am beyond over this terrible provider. I miss Comcast, Verizon, att@home and every other provider i have ever had. At least their customer service tried, and I have never had consistent problems like this before. Using my Hotspot on my phone has been much more reliable. I have to admit after sooooo many tickets open, and the attitude I got from customer service today I lost it and cussed them out. I hate that I did that as it is rude and the person on the phone is not responsible for every other called service call I've had. But refusing to listen to me and repeating a scripted answer with attitude I lost it.

Terrible service doesnt work half the time and it is too expensive. They have a monopoly so you cant switch to a different company

Ill-mannered. I needed help with Billing to pay a year’s advance. Transferred to payroll somehow, spoke with Ginger. Very inhumane. Could clearly tell she’s going through something. No emotional intelligence, whatsoever. Alleviated all her issues on a loyal customer as if I did something to her personally. God forbid me to ask her to transfer me to billing. Screamed at me then hung up the phone. I could not believe I called a corporation. Unacceptable customer service.
