A tremendous asset to an area articularily beset by opioi, stimuland, and alcohol/sedative hypnotic addiction. While underfunded, they manage treatment programs over a truly vast area with a dedicated staff that deserves a direct deposit 01k bonus for every life they save, and every uninsured ED and Hospital Visit they prevent, with a kicker o some cents an hour for every citizen they keep out of the corrections system saving exponentially more. They provide subsidized education programs for recovering addicts and others who want to pursue a career treating those in their communities that suffer.
