We ordered a sofa, recliner, end tables and coffee table from there in Dec 31, it was delivered about 7 weeks later (which was in line with the expectation that they set), the furniture is beautiful, high quality and comfortable.a lot of value for the price.delivery was efficient and friendly, we didn't have to lift a finger, and the delivery team stayed until the verified that everything was in the desired location and functioning flawlessly.

Was going to consider purchasing from this store but found out about a employee I don’t support place’s allowing drug attics to work for them

Very good customer service. Mike was great! Wide variety of furniture. Made my wife and I feel welcomed and able to provide us two new couches.

Always top notch. John and I are saddened by Gene's passing. My husband worked for them periodically. Dorothy, Laura etc always helped.

Amazing family who helped us find the perfect living room set for our home within our budget. Laurie was amazing at finding us the right one and was so knowledgeable about the fabrics, warranty and wear of each couch. Our house is a little wonky so we got it organized in a goofy way that would work if we added an extra back cushion. We called the store back and they were able to custom order it from the manufacturer and get it to us in such a speedy manner. I recommend them to everyone I know!

Worst company to ever work for. My boyfriend works for them and not a day goes by that he doesn't come home to me complaining about how they OVERWORK him, don't give him the right amount on his pays takes advantage of him, uses his kind heart to Thier best advantage and about how they don't know how to run their company. I would not recommend working for them.

If you are a vendor I would suggest getting payment up front from them. I would not extend any credit. After many months of trying to collect our bill it finally got resolved but they are either struggling with cash flow or try to get away with stiffing vendors. Be careful.

So far, all is good. As advertised, they had some furniture for immediate delivery. Will do a final review after delivery on Wednesday.

Can't buy furniture have to order will take months to get and want money up front, I have then bought furniture and took 5 days, figure that.

I have always liked going into Arnold's furniture even as a kid growing up going with my parents. Of course now that was probably more than 50 years ago. But it will always be that hometown store with that hometown feeling and whether it is your first time or 50th time if you want to be treated like family that's how they will treat you. If you need alone time just to shop on your own you can have that too.

I haven't really read from them or bought anything they seem a little bit pricey for my taste
