Have only been here for four months but I am really impressed, especially with the speed of the package system nearing the holidays!

Fatima is the GOAT. She is so kind, she is smart, and she takes care of everything necessary to give a prospect or resident a lovely experience. While I did not lease here (I ended up moving outside of UCity), I know my stay would have been great because of Fatima. 10/10 for Fatima, if I could give her a gold medal, I would!

Natasia and her warm and inviting personality and knowledge of the property is an asset and much appreciated during our recent tour! Thank Ms. Martin for your continuous efforts and making us feel like home!

I toured with Natasia and she was wonderful knew the building inside and out and answers every question I had with great detail! She was also really kind and made me feel at home already, I love the community and definitely would recommend others to live here as well just based on my tour with Natasia she was an absolute joy!

First of all; Natasia put out possibly the best infused water I have ever tasted… I don’t know how they do it there. She tells me they’ll share the recipe when I become a resident there; I cannot wait!

Arrive University City is now at the top of my new home search. I recently toured these luxury apartments and I was impressed with the cleanliness, the spacious apartments, the many amenities and most of all the accommodating staff, specifically Natasia Fatima and Zarrea. They were friendly, helpful and extremely professional. I seen first hand how much they care and appreciate their current residents.

I toured a few Saturdays ago, and I had a pleasant experience with Zarrea and Fatima. They provided a warm experience and allowed me to express my concerns and questions I had without feeling like I was a bother! I would 10/10 recommend living here and coming to visit!

So glad I toured here. I’m definitely moving in. Everyone is so helpful, that’s what helped me choose to live here. Jay answered all my questions with ease.

I love it here! The staff make it special. Especially, Fatima, Zarnea, and Natasia! The pool is also very nice.

I loved touring in the property and was very impressed with the amenities and views. Everyone was very pleasant, but our time with Fatima, as our tour guide, was wonderful! She really knows the details of the business and of the units. She was also really to talk to and we were able to ask all of our questions. We will definitely take Arrive under serious consideration once it is time for us to make the move. Thanks Arrive. And thanks Fatima!

The apartment is fine to live. Had some problems on the inside but overall acceptable. Maintenance stuff are quick and friendly, and usually fix problems within a few days.

Management is horrible! They hardly solved any of your problem (like leasing or renewing). Even when we come down to the front desk and complained, they just said "send us an email and we will get back", but they just ignore! I do not blame the people since they are clearly understaffed. Everyday I see the leasing officer running across the building for tours and appointments, and quite exhausted at the end of each day. Whoever is running this property needs to hire more people! This building has over 200 apartments and deserve a well maintained stuff team.

They find all means to take away your deposit. We had a 2b2b and paid $3110 deposit, but at the end of the lease they only gave back $600! It is true that there was some damage on the floor and on the wall, but considering this was a two-year lease, they were nothing on purpose but just normal weary and degradation. We sued them on court and get some of our money back. If this happened to you, do not try to negotiate, because you will not get anything. Just sue them on court and they will not bother arguing with you and just give back your money.

Overall, try to avoid this property if you have other options. It's not a horrible place to live, but neither great.
