Art of Eyecare Franklin

Dr. Paulson is excellent and I will miss the quality care that he provided to me for a decade or longer. Unfortunately I will seek care with another provider, based on an interaction with one of his receptionists when I called to see if my glasses were ready. She kept me on hold for 20 minutes; I hung up and called back and she was very snotty with me, then the line was immediately disconnected and I had to call back a third time. I'm not upset about being forgotten about while I was on hold, and I doubt that she deliberately hung up on me, but I will not tolerate the rude, sarcastic manner in which she spoke to me. I don't even care that the glasses that I waited so long for seem to have 2 left temples and had to be sent back. Mistakes happen but rudeness to good customers should never happen. Paula Clements

The Dr is great and very thorough. He obviously knows what he is doing and I have zero complaints with him. I wish I could say the same for his help!
