Went in for some parts on a Saturday. Staff was extremely helpful in diagnosing a problem I had and gave me tips on how to fix it. Tractor is running like new again with their expertise and honesty.

I recently had service done on our U27. Full maintenance and some minor repairs. Awesome job, fast & very reasonable cost.
Next was my SVL90-2 skid steer. Full maintenance and some major repairs. Replacement of the from quick attach plate, leaking hoses behind the final drives. Diagnostic & repairs done in a timely manor, great communication and again a fair price for a lot of work. Time to get back to work! Thank you Artman Equipment

After having a few issues with my BX2380, I was having trouble getting them resolved in accordance with the expectation of Kubota's reputation of superior quality and service. Thanks to Artman's effort to make things right, I'm changing my review to 5 stars to reflect their dedication to resolving my issues to a satisfactory outcome.

They were vary very patient and understanding. I must have switched combinations on my factory build 20 times. At the end of the day Kansas got my tractor delivered the way I wanted it. Keep in mind I have a dealer 8mins from me. Still went with artman and they are exactly 1 hour from where I live. Made switching from john deere to kubota simple.

I’ve used this place for years. I work for the local Ymca’s and this place has been a life saver. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I love the family type atmosphere. Prices, selection, and quality are unmatched. I’ve recommended them to friends and family over the years and I’m not the type of person that makes recommendations for fear of it not working out. My neighbor just used them for a repair that we couldn’t figure out and they knew instantly what it was.

I walked in the office to ask for help and was told to leave our name and phone number because the lady that usually does sales was hunting. 3 people in the office and no one would answer our questions about a Kubota.
