20Good Luck! Sent a package out on January 10th and still has not gotten to its destination. When I called and asked where is my package they said it went overseas and they have no information on where it is at and who took it. Pretty much they lost my package and no way to find it.
Worst shipping company EVER. Try to avoid at all cost, if possible. Ordered something from Amazon Global Store UK, who at checkout promised delivery date of Feb. 9 (that's why I ordered it there in the first place). After checkout it said arriving Feb 17. Tracking ID at Asendia says "item not found". Amazon tracking shows the package sitting still at an unnamed US carrier for the last three days, after having cleared customs six days ago. What a joke!
I ordered something for my stepdad at the beginning of December and i was that it would be here by the 13 and nothing and it’s been in Knoxville for several days
Asendia is VERY slow in getting packages delivered - especially across borders. A parcel we sent got to Calgary - the address is a small town south of Calgary but the package tracking says it is 'delayed' in Calgary and the date of that was Nov 29,2022. It is now Dec 19,2022. I sent a request via their 'contact us' link on the site - no response in 4 days. How can it be 'delayed' for that long? Now it isn't even tracking. Beware using this company when they won't even contact you when you go through their site links when there are problems. It's actually impossible to contact them - thus doing this review. They are slow, their tracking numbers don't always track, they are unreachable when there are problems.
The shipping people has no manners, they hate everyone, they will give you attitude and for 53 trailer with sleeper, you will have a hard time to back in due to lack of space and their cargo van parking in the way. Rocks on the lawn make sure you don't go over
They are terrible, Sent a package coming to Victoria BC to Toronto. That is almost 3000km in the wrong direction only to have to bring it back the same distance, I take it this company has never heard of Greenhouse gas, and how it is created, well its to be expected, they are just learning about a compass.
Since I got the response I did on my last post. I worked for asendia I started when it was brokers. I've been under both companies. I've worked here in past, I was here when it was called brokers! The temp agency was trash at the time, and no matter how much u bust your behind the management wouldn't even have your back. And all the missing packages! Ctfu! Glad to be gone from there!
No way of contacting. Tried to deliver my package but they never left a packing slip. I contacted free people the company I ordered from and the customer service agent said that packages often get lost with this shipping company.

I bought a pendant from Etsy in NY. It was of sentimental value and not easy to find. Gutted it didn't arrive! Asendia lost it. It didn't make it to Australia Customs or Australia Post. It took so much effort to talk to all parties involved, weeks worth of calls and communication with seller. Hardly a response from Asendia other than to point fingers at other parties. Don't use this service. I won't be again and in fact won't be buying from Etsy again given they use them to send the parcels. Given how many parcels go missing I'd say they have a thief in their company which should be investigated. Parcels don't just go missing into thin air!
They lost an iPad I ordered and shipped with them. It has been 5 months since the shipping date, and the tracking information still shows “In Transit”. When I contacted them, all they did was just give me this tracking info that I can check myself. No attempt to actually investigate this. They just act like it’s normal that a package is “in transit” for 5 months. Terrible customer service, beware using this company’s shipping services!
Over 6 weeks and no parcel. The last update was a full month ago. Even shipments coming from China through the mail are better handled than this. Never had such a bad experience with international shipping as with Asendia.
I have a shipment that arrived one day ago, why are you late in delivering the shipment?

The sender shipped out my item 18 days ago. Asendia lost it. I guess I'm never getting what I ordered now. I emailed their customer service email and never got a response and when I called customer service the lady was so rude. I just want my package!
*** Update **** I've tried calling the number provided and emailing the email address provided but still not reaching anyone. Will I ever get my package? !
My package was shipped to my address in Canada only to have the tracking say they contacted me and delivery failed. Then the package was sent back to the sender all without any notification to me. I had to contact the seller to find out what happened with my package. DO NOT RECOMMEND
A package that has been listed as "Pre-transit" for over 6 weeks at your Philadelphia Distribution Center. I have USPS confirmation that it was delivered on JULY 19,2021. There have been no updates and I have an incredibly angry buyer for the item in question. I purchased the postage through the ETSY system and DEMAND an update on the package. I REQUIRE confirmation that you have the package. This is an expensive custom order that will require WEEKS to replace. This is completely unprofessional and is reflecting poorly on my business because of your company's inability to complete the request. I DEMAND AN UPDATE ON THE PACKAGE IN QUESTION!
I will continue to write until I receive the information I DEMAND.
Not received an update on my customers packages since January 4th! I know were in a pandemic but this is ridiculous.
Package shipped september 29th to russia, they sent it to france for some reason. They did the same with a uk package except it passed through Switzerland.
I was soo happy to see my package delivered! Despite all the bad reviews this company came through. I am so thankful yayy!
Also spoke to a VERY patient Customer service rep who calmed my nerves down and assured me my package was going to be delivered.
