If I could I would leave a 0 star review. At first it seemed like a really nice place and super good customer service I thought this is where I’ll get all my jewelry from now on with my wedding coming up. We gave them my fiancés engagement ring to resize and they told us 2-3 weeks after the third week I would call them to try and get a update on the ring since they couldn’t provide a tracking number of any sort for me. Then when we finally got the ring back my fiancé went to go pick it up and they started coming at her saying we where harassing them and annoying them about our ring when it was over the 2-3 weeks they said it would take. They also tried to them tell us they actually said it would take 6 weeks for the ring to come in and that we were the ones lying super unpleasant experience with them and not professional at all.

Terrible place.will never be coming back again. Very unprofessional in every way possible. Would give it a 0 but that’s not an option. Came at me for harassing them when I called to get an update on my ring I sent in to get resized. Very disappointed with them.

I came in to try and find a good stainless steel necklace for a pendant that holds my daughters ashes. I had no clue what I was looking for or what chain would be best for me. But the sales rep was amazing! Her name was Season and she went so far above and beyond on helping me and telling me which chain would be the strongest and look the best for my pendant. I will definitely be going back to the store and I will be sending my friends and family there and I will be requesting Season to help me with all my future needs! Thank you again! I love the chain and it looks beautiful with my pendant!

Amazing service and people! Went to look at wedding bands and had some success but wanted to look around more. While browsing at two other shops all I could think was "I'd much rather give my business to Ashcroft"

Great place! They were so helpful and made the purchase a no brainer! The ladies were willing to do what it took to get the rings we wanted for our day!

Actually gave me the time of day. I come in with dirty work clothes on and get treated respectfully, unlike Kay Jewelers right next door.
