BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT PURCHASE A EXTENDED WARRANTY from this company! After purchasing furniture for the last 10 plus years from this store & purchasing extended warranty’s on all of our furniture we came across an issue with a chair. One of the legs on our Kitchenette Table broke. I had to call several times, send pictures of a broken chair which on my extended warranty says it is covered! Well guess what? I was told it’s not covered from excessive wear! REALLY? It’s a chair that people sit on everyday! Needless to say Ashley’s basically ROBBED me of my MONEY! I advise anyone to never ever purchase a warranty from them because you’re being scammed!

I had the pleasure of working with the sales associate Marcus. He was awesome. He assisted me in finding a new couch for our new home. He did not attempt to upsale me and he took his time to ensure that we were getting what we wanted and needed for our home. He was patient and funny and made sure that we were helped immediately. Check Marcus out if you are looking to service your furniture needs.

We dealt with Mark Richardson for buying a sofa and chair. He was very nice and helpful. He made the process of buying the items pleasurable. We had a good experience. For our future furniture needs we will definitely return to Ashley and deal with Mr. Richardson. Finalized the transaction with Joy who was equally accommodating and explained the entire process of the delivery. My wife and I left there very satisfied.

We were looking into purchasing some furniture but just walked in here to browse. Chevelle was extremely helpful and she is the best! We decided to purchase and everything was a smooth process. She understood our needs and made sure every little detail matters. Joi helped us in the payment process and she was very nice, and extremely helpful going over everything with us. Worst consumer purchase experience of my life! Ordered and paid for couch, love seat and ottoman on 11/29/20. Contracted delivery was 8 to 12 weeks. As of today, 3/9/21, the love seat and ottoman have been delivered but no sign of the couch or anticipated delivery date. I have called Ashley more than 10 times and just get the run around. I will NEVER buy another thing from Ashley Furniture!

Chris was a thorough and professional sales man. He was knowledgeable of the products and was patient through our decision making process. The four stars is due to limited variety.

Wonderful experience, Chris was very knowledgeable and didnt waste my time. Told him what I wanted and took me right to it.

When we first walked into Ashley’s furniture store, we were greeted by Mr. Robert Cofini, who was such a pleasure to work with. He helped us every step of the way with our selection and purchase of our furniture. The store was laid out beautifully and organized not to mention all other staff was very nice. I would 100% recommend this store to everyone! I also would recommend that you consult Mr. Robert Cofini for your needs! Again he truly was wonderful to work with!

The deal we were offered for Black Friday was phenomenal. Heather was friendly and supportive throughout the process. My only negative is that I was told numerous times that the furniture was readily available for pickup, but when I paid with the cashier, I was told it was on back order and I would be notified when it came in.

Greeted by a very friendly representative, Robert Cofini, he was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions and was helping us chose the sofa that would fit our lifestyle.

Robert was extremely patient while I indecisively went back and forth between two sofas. The price was excellent and the store had a great selection to pick from.very pleased with the entire experience. Looking forward to having my Shermyla Sectional delivered!

We had a kind salesperson named Chris. He explained the store well. Gave us opportunity to look around at random. He was available if we needed him. We went to him when we were ready to purchase. Very nice. Thank you kindly.

It was a pleasant experience shopping at Ashley Furniture with Robert helping us. We purchased dining room furniture and they honored the price that was quoted 2 weeks earlier.

Diane was amazing, she asked a few questions then showed us 3 beds, we took the second one she showed us. My boyfriend loved the bed, we got Express shipping and will be sleeping on our new bed in 2 days.

We have been regular customers of this Ashley location for over a year and every time we come in, we receive the best service. The staff go above and beyond to help! Our most recent experience with Heather was wonderful. She was knowledgeable and quickly got us exactly what we needed. Highly recommend for all your home furnishing needs!

Robert was very helpful when it came to assisting, my husband and I, in finding a couch for our finished basement. He immediately made it known that he wanted to help us when we entered the store. He was very friendly and helpful!

Great staff very helpful the selection in store my hats off to who set it up.i almost want all of it now gotta save up for living room set we want among other things I seen.went to Value City before here there is no comparison between staff and selection Ashley blew competition out of the water well done wish I didnt waste my time at Value City
