Went to the Hazle Twp location shopping for a new sectional sofa. I found one I really liked but I wanted to replace one of the stationary chairs with another reclining armed chair. The sales girl said she wasn't sure if they could do that but would inquire about it & give me a call, obviously I realized that would increase the cost of the sectional and that was not an issue. So now it's been 3 weeks but no call from them, guess they don't need my business, so I went to Raymour & Flanigan, what a difference in customer service! No problems! Theywere able to answer all my questions & provided me with exactly what I was looking for. How unfortunate Ashley furniture couldn't

They really had some good prices on furniture when I went up on memorial day. They had a nice staff that waited on me to see what I wanted.

I love Ashley but this store needs more help with customer service I had to shop here because the Wilkes barre store got destroyed due to the hurricane. One lady Seemed like she did not want to help and when we asked for help she rolled her eye but the one that helped me was very helpful she showed us around the store for what we were looking for I didn’t catch her name but other thank that the quality of the items in Ashley furniture is great

My sister and I had every intention of buying a full living room suit but the person waiting on us could have really cared less if we were there, didn't have the decency to even address us directly. Will go to another Ashley to purchase the set we liked.

Our saleswoman was not only helpful but patient and considerate as well. I will br returning to purchase my mattress from kayla this week! She gave me a small discount and i am hoping she can get the authorization to take just a little more. This of course will insure that i become a return customer! Thank you Ashley Furniture for hiring such capable employees!

Sales person was very helpful and pleasant. She matched the online price, arranged delivery date for my convenience. So far, so good and it was my first purchase and visit to Ashley Furniture. I will remark that salespeople do NOT follow you around the store salivating for a commission customer (like in other furniture stores). Very good!

All very nice folks, staff are extremely helpful, courteous and flexible. I had to change my delivery date, but that was no problem. Delivery staff were on time, very nice, paid attention to detail putting my dining room set together and leveling it out. They were also very quick!
