11The staff are rude and you will be dropped for half-baked reasons. If you're neurodivergent or have memory issues this is NOT the place for you.
As a new patient I find The staff polite and Helpful. I find Dr Mandel extremely thorough.

By far my favorite PCP. Cassandra is amazing & so attentive. She makes me feel so comfortable & welcomed, hears you out & genuinely cares. Highly recommended!
Phones never go off service on time after lunch. It is Monday lunch is 12-1, it is 1: 12, and phones are still off. Physicians offices do not turn phones off anymore. I love my provider, and a few staff members. This is why I stay. When you get through they do not even wait for a response they just put you on hold. Very unprofessional.
Make sure you don’t get nurse/ lab person Laura Q to draw blood, she will make sure you are hurt! Not going back ever again!
The worst staff ever. Terrible customer service and just completely rude. I will never go back there. As a patient you only hope to find comfort from the people who are suppose to take care and help you with your medical issues. Unfortunately you will not get that at this office. The only good thing I can say is my doctor was very nice and pleasant! I forget her name but she was sweet. Everyone else, terrible!
The absolutely worst practice ever! Front desk are rude, disrespectful and completely unprofessional and the doctor is no better! I wouldn't recommend them to anyone!
I will be finding another doctor. This doctor misdiagnosed two very serious blood clots (DVT). He has walked out of the room while I was discussing my issues with him, put my folder away and went to another patient. He does not listen when I talk with him about different health issues I have. He gets very agitated when you need to make an urgent appointment, and that is if I can even get in when I call. I would NEVER recommend him to anyone.
THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. The front desk was ignorant immediately. RUDE MEAN FRONT DESK. I didn't even had interest to still go and see the Doctor. I changed them immediately.
Rude reception! Told me I had a telemed at 2 called to check on thr cal at 245 rude again!
