Aspen Dental, St Clair PA

Everyone was very friendly. My first experience was welcoming.
Been with Aspen a few years and have always found everyone to be friendly, courteous and professional.

They will tell you one thing on the phone, even continue to tell you what you want to hear while in the chair, then, when they show you the cost, (before they will do any work, naturally) they add on a bunch of things that you did not ask for, did not schedule the appointment for, and were told you would not need done at that time. I mean seriously, 7500 for a top plate? All I wanted to do was get a top plate, I was told that was fine by the dentist even, yet, you want me to agree to pay over 7500 dollars for it along with other things I was told I didn't even need to do right now? I would suggest finding a more transparent dentist, this place is too commercialized.

Super friendly staff, knowledgeable and respectful doctors in a very clean social distanced environment.

The staff are always friendly. The doc is always kind. It's fast and convenient and they do good work.

Waste of gas. Call center says they can do emergency appointments and walk in, get there and get turned away. Maybe they should remove all that stuff if they ain’t doing it.

I haven't been to the dentist in yrs and I went in there made an appointment to get several extractions and dentures.the staff were all so friendly and made me feel very comfortable

Fair professional assessment of my dental needs. Would give 5 stars if they offered better accessibility to financing for emergencies, as is now they only offer a very limited circle of lenders, and if one declines they all do the same. End result is being told to go away until I can pay up front, even with a life threatening emergency.

This place is awesome - they have been taking care of me for two years, and now I drive over an hour to come back to them because the staff is excellent and the work they do is exceptional. If you need a dentist in the Skook, these are the folks to see.

The staff and doctor were absolutely incredible. After having the same dentist for over 20 years I needed to find a new one and I’m glad I chose aspen.

Everyone was was very nice and helpful. Just way to expensive for someone who has no dental insurance.

Such wonderful staff! They are all willing to help and are so positive and happy. I actually enjoy going to the dentist because of them.

Im one of those people that get ill just from the thought of a dentist. In the past ive had some absolute horrible dentist. Aspen dental is a great dentist. They go out of the way not to hurt you. They are kind and considerate they understand that bad teeth are costly to fix and they work with you. Idont love the dentist but Aspen dental is awesome

The woman Jainel who did my xrays was super sweet. I was very nervous about going in to the dentist today but everyone was very understanding and nice. The doctor was quick but thorough. I wish they accepted my insurance so i could go back! I highly recommend!

Everyone was SO nice and helpful. They explained the treatment process well and what I needed to do. They helped make sure I could afford the procedures I needed. The lady helped with my finances for awhile.

These people are not professionals, they need training in how to deal with patients. Mainly Dr. Eric DiPaul is a rude man in the wrong business, I am no coming back there again.

I was very happy with my appointment. I did sit for about 20 minutes waiting for someone to come get me after my cleaning to schedule another appointment and finally had to go to the receptionist to be taken care of. I feel that could have been handled better. Otherwise I was pleased with the treatment.

Very expensive got a cap 1 tooth 1800 dollars in pain for month tooth got infection pay 1800 for nothing had to go other dentist get root canal did wonderful job 1000 dollars so stay away from Aspen dental

Horrible place. They dont care about you, its all about the money. And they are very rough with their cleanings. The dentist kept trying to push teeth whitening. I will never go back there!
