Aspen Dental does an amazing job. Their administrative staff is so friendly and they go out of their way to make sure that you are taken care of. The dental staff, including the dentist do a great job. The process is almost free of pain and they do a great job of making sure that you are comfortable. I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I really enjoyed my experience with Aspen. The staff especially Amanda Miller were very patient and understanding and comforting. Coming from a Medicaid dental experience this was vastly better and more at ease of an experience. They broke my fear of the dentist

I've had a lot of work done here over the last few months. Extractions, root canal, bridge work. Every time I go in everyone is welcoming and kind. I've been seen by both the regular dentist and the endodontist both of whom were great and actually cared about my comfort. I generally hate going to the dentist (hence all my teeth issues) but my experience is always great. I highly recommend.

I called and made an appointment a week in advance for a tooth extraction. I gave all the info they requested including my insurance info. Unlike other dentists they took me right in without filling out a questionnaire. They started by taking lots of exrays. I waited 35 minutes before a dentist came in my room. He began talking about everything else besides what I came in for, right away I felt he was trying to add procedures which was not relevant and could definitely be done later. But what troubled me most is that after telling me the price for everything then they ask me how am I going to pay. Why in he'll didn't they tell my they don't except my insurance from the start. I felt it was a shaky business from the very beginning. I wouldn't refer that particular a spin-dental to anyone.

Over the past few weeks, I have made numerous visits to this location. I had never used an Aspen Dental in the past, and due to my work schedule was limited on my availability to make an appointment. My first visit was great; the staff was patient, helpful, and thoroughly explained my treatment and payment options.

Once I decided on a treatment, the staff was able to accommodate my work schedule and fit me in for appointments to complete the necessary procedures. For one of these appointments, I was forced to reschedule; incredibly, they could fit me in for the following day. Each visit, I have been treated with the utmost respect, and the quality of service is better than any other dentist I can remember going to over the past 40 years.

After my last visit, I encountered a dental emergency with a tooth previously crowned by one of my former dentists. I called Aspen on Saturday morning and asked for their recommendation on managing this situation until there was a chance to come by the office. Amanda took my call, explained my options, and then told me she would give me a call back shortly after talking with Dr. Gadhiya. Within a half-hour, Amanda called back with an appointment available in less than an hour.

Each time I have been to this location, I have been treated by Dr. Gadhiya and have been very impressed. His demeanor is exceptional, calming, and friendly, which helps alleviate some of the anxiety that comes with most dental visits. My experience with the rest of his staff has been similar. Everyone has been welcoming, polite, and accommodating.

I have also been impressed with the prices. I know what these procedures cost me at previous offices in the past and cannot get over the savings I have had here.

Overall, I am now a lifelong patient. This staff has exceeded all of my expectations, and I could not be happier with my experiences here. I have read other reviews about this location. While I can understand some of these patients' perspective, as I was in a similar situation when I was younger, I would have loved to have had this option in the past. I would absolutely have fewer dental issues today as a result.

Appointment was over an hour and a half and all I got was an xray. I have no clue why this took so long. Further more i was hassled on the spot about scheduling an appointed to have my wisdom teeth removed with them. Also cleanliness there were holes all over the wall in the room I was in and a broken picture laying on the floor. Didnt make the environment seem very clean.

I had to take a minute to share my experience in hopes to save you all time and money! I have never had a dental experience like this! To start they took a minimum of 35 x-rays! Never ever has that happened! I had an insert in my mouth the whole time. It was uncomfortable and shouldnt be necessary if their technology was up to par. Then I waited in the room for a good 15 mins expecting a cleaning, however the doctor came in, barely spoke to me and sat at his computer. I tried to ask a question while he was at his desk and he completely ignored me never answering me. Then he turns around and tells me I have 7 cavities! That I can go out to the front desk and they'll discuss payment with me! That was it! I was so confused! They didn't even discuss coming back for a cleaning. It was just all about paying for my "7" cavities! So I left and clearly felt confused a out my experience. I just recently went to an independent practice to find out that my teeth look great and I only have ONE cavity! I couldn't believe the different in my experience.

SAVE YOURSELF ALOT OF TIME- GO ANYWHERE ELSE! The overall management and level of care & courtesy of this place is indescribable. I chose it because of the proximity to my house. The first major issue was when they prescribed massive amounts of antibiotics to my daughter who suffers from multiple autoimmune disorders that landed her in the hospital. In addition to that, I’ve waited over an hour and a half to be seen, had them not complete all of the scheduled procedures & I’ve had 3 different appointments cancelled that I was never notified of -once they even brought me back to the chair before anyone even realized they didn’t have my crown there! I had a dentist try to reschedule me because he didn’t have enough time to complete everything that day and when I argued the fact that I can’t keep taking off work, he proceeded with an attitude. This is just the stuff off the top of my head.

Jen, the manager, is rude and very unprofessional. She became verbally adversarial when I asked questions about insurance. Even at my second appointment, she didn't give me correct appointment information and seemed to think it was funny that I was upset. She even got the dental manager to be abrupt and confrontational with me without asking what happened or for my side of the story. We will be looking for a new dentist!

At 2: 40pm on 9/6/18 I phoned Aspen for an urgent appointment for my 5 year old who was having tooth pain for 3 days prior. I was told the Lancaster office could see him at 3: 00 pm. After 15 minutes on the phone, I was given the address. I said I could be there in 10 minutes or so and was told that if I couldn't get there by 3: 00 (it was currently 2: 57) we couldn't be seen. If I’d been given me the address at the beginning of the phone call I could have gotten there on time. I was then told that the next available appointment would be at the York, PA office at 9: 00am on 9/7/18, and I accepted.
We arrived at 8: 45am 9/7/18 as instructed to fill out paperwork. I said we were there for an urgent appointment for my son who was having tooth pain for 4 days They gave him an x-ray and an exam, then the doctor informed us someone would be in to speak with me. A woman came in, handed me a paper saying they were referring us somewhere else, that our insurance had covered the x-ray and exam, and that we were finished. Dumbfounded I took my son to the car (as he was complaining that his tooth still hurt) and called the referral number. A recording explained that they were closed until Monday. Frustrated, I went back into Aspen and asked why my 5 year old in pain was being turned away. I was told they do not treat 5 year olds. I asked why they didn't tell me that when we got there? I was told that they don't turn patients away. I repeated our situation and asked what they suggested I do. I was told they could not help me. I expressed my frustration and concern for my son and was met with uncaring canned responses and the suggestion to call Aspen’s main number because it was their fault for sending us there. I called Aspen’s main number. They were very apologetic and promised to report the situation to the manager but could do nothing to help my situation. The lady who took my complaint was very nice and tried googling a dentist who was open that day for me, but the phone number she gave me was for a dental implant facility. She assured me the manager would make sure this didn't happen to anyone else in the future, but of course there was nothing she could do to help me.
Eventually I took my son to the hospital dental clinic who said his situation was not an emergency and he could wait until Monday to call the place Aspen referred us to.
Monday morning I called Children's Dental Centre as instructed by Aspen and was told they not take my insurance. I spent most of the day trying to find another facility. Finally on Tuesday I found a place who would help my son but couldn't see him until Thursday, the 13th. I immediately called Aspen and asked the procedure for obtaining reports and x-rays so I could take those to the new dentist. I was told that it was a simple, fast process, and that I could stop in anytime and be out with the records in a few minutes.
On the 13th, an hour prior to my son's appointment, I went to Aspen to obtain his records. I was told that their computer and phone system had been down for 2 days and that they could not help me, even though I had called 2 days prior and they assured me I would have no problem getting these records.
Due to Aspen's neglect to treat and inability to produce his records, my son needed an additional x-ray at the new dentist which showed his tooth had now gotten infected and abscessed due to the amount of time that had passed (an entire week since I first called Aspen). My 5 year old had to have his tooth extracted.

The staff at this location (Concord Road in York, Pa) were just amazing.
After having a horrible experience with a previous dentist, to the point where I covered my mouth to smile, I decided to try Aspen Dental.
Jenn promised to give me my smile back within two weeks but today, a week later, I walked out of their office with the biggest grin on my face.
These ladies and gentlemen are a credit to their industry:
Jenn, Danielle, Lani, Euazar, Kasie, Dr. Popernack and Ann.
I have already recommended this office to my friends.

The front staff was courteous, the x-ray technician was very friendly. The dentist himself spent most of time looking at the x-rays talk to me for a minute then sent me back out to the front desk for a treatment plan. I find Aspen Dental very expensive

My prior experience was much better than this one because the hygenist was more personable and she flossed me and this one wouldn't because I had braces on. Who sees a dentist and not floss. I had them on with the previous hygienist.

Great visit with 7 year old grandson. Staff and doctor were kid friendly. Place was orderly and clean. Received a referral just in case meds dont work. That is great customer care & service. Well done!

This office is very professional. For me that’s everything as I’ve had a long road with bad dentist. Tameka stands out mostly for me because she is very knowledgeable she knows her stuff, she walked me through everything step by step practically held my hand. Furthermore I’m not just a number to her she remembered my name right after the first visit. Dr. Popernack handled my dental work (an there was a lot) extractions and surgical. He was extremely gentle an talked to me the whole way. Thank you Dr. Popernack. Emily handled my hygiene work an is also fantastic. Danielle is also great she handled all the options for me to afford to recreate my smile. This practice is exceptional to me I highly recommend, I plan to move my whole family to this office.

P.s I travel more than an hour to come here.

Yesterday I had the most pleasant and professional dentist appointment in years. From reception to discharge everyone was wonderful. Yes there was a 10 minute delay from my scheduled appointment which is more than reasonable. From that point there were no more delays. Laney, Dr. Popernack, and Jenn Ortega were all very kind, listened to my needs and helped me meet the goals of the appointment. Thank you all very much and I will see you soon.

My experience at the office was not unpleasant the staff was very nice to me and the office was clean. However the point in going to a dentist is to fix the issue with your teeth and after having 4 fillings done there I was having discomfort. My insurance had since changed so I had to go to a different doctor who showed me through an X-ray how poorly my fillings had been done. All of the work had to be fixed. I am mostly upset though because not only did I pay for this poorly done work I also had to go through the discomfort of having to get it redone another time. I would not recommend

The service was amazing! They are decently priced and have payment plans available. Dr. Joseph and Eleazar worked on my teeth and they did a great job!
