I went in for a root canal, which the dentist perforated. Now she suggests the tooth be pulled.

I am terrified of the dentist. All my life I’ve had horrible experiences at other offices. Aspen Dental actually made me feel comfortable. And I went in for a sudden pain on a broken tooth and impacted wisdom teeth. They got me in to an apt with the oral surgeon literally the very next day. Tomorro I’m scheduled for sedation to remove impacted wisdom teeth and today was my fist ever apt. And consult. Awesome response time and a friendly staff. Overall 5 stars!

Charged my 18 year old son 125$ for a cleaning that did not happen due to the hygienist being out with full dental insurance with 2 cleanings a year. I will not ever recommend aspen dental as they are a pay up front then try to charge you again type of second rate establishment.

I went to Aspen dental in spring 2020. They shaved down my front tooth and put a cap on it. November 2021 it fell out. I called and they said they couldn't see me until January. They said I could see if anyone else would see me. Really? You're the ones who f'ed up my tooth. I went somewhere else and they saw me within a week. Now I can smile again! Never again will I go there. I found some place better.

I had to have a few teeth extracted and Cassie, the dental assistant and Dr. Patel did all they could do to make me feel comfortable! They were awesome! Cassie stood right by my side and rubbed my shoulder to calm me. She rocks

Very smooth, very professional. Had a very nice time and the Doctor who fixed my broken tooth was very good, very professional and friendly. Definitely going back when more services are required.

Definitely had a good experience here at my first initial exam. I look forward to my upcoming thorough cleanings. My gum is a bit sore from the Dentist trying to remove a small bump of food on my upper gum, which is nice considering this was my initial exam visit. As far as some minor sensitivity, nothing that isn’t to be expected. The hygienist explained everything very well and kept it down to earth and simple to comprehend.

Hopefully my fiancée will be called soon for her next appt.as well as they weren’t able to get a hold of her insurance just yet.

These people are EXTREMELY dishonest. I paid them to do 2 root canals and caps which they recommended doing. After 8 months and several vists I still haven't gotten my last cap. 4 times in a row they claim it doesn't fit and have to send for a new one. How do u mess up a cap 4 times in a row? Like seriously? It costs me time money and gas to come to these appointments and this is how I get treated. On top of that they are trying to charge me another $500 for Idk what. I already paid them on full yet they want more and after all this time and pain they still haven't finished the job. These people are awful to go to. Stay away from them. All they do is lie and cheat.

I’ve had no dental problems (other than braces) and no cavities for 35 years. Went here for an annual exam and was told I had 9 cavities to fill. I skipped two years of exams so I thought ‘surprising but ok, these are experts’. Then came back to get them filled. No, now it’s 8, not 9, I’m told. Again, strange but I’ll take the dentist’s word. Had them filled over two sessions - same dental technician and dentist both times. The technician was so inexperienced that the dentist was distracted the entire time during both sessions and eventually told her to stop helping altogether half way through the second visit.

Needless to say, not a good experience. I wouldn’t have bothered to write a review even with all that except for two things. First, after my visits I went online and saw this chain had a class action lawsuit brought against it previously for telling people they needed unnecessary work and charging them. Which casts a new light on my 8 (9?) unexpected cavities. Second, ever since the last visit, I’ve had pain in two of my teeth to the point I can’t bite down normally on that side.

I went back a third time to ask what they’d done to cause this since I’d had no pain before the filings and the (same) dentist made it very clear he felt I was either exaggerating or making it up. He spent about 20 seconds to file down something and told me I was good to go. It’s been several months and the pain is still there. I still can’t bite down on that side.

The two stars are for the very professional and competent x-ray technician and the polite front desk staff.

The Staff are very professional and patient. They work quickly yet take the time to explain what procedures they have doing.

I was very nervous about going to the dentist. But everyone there made me feel at ease! Dr. Pak was wonderful and took his time explaining everything that he was going to be doing to me

Today I went to Aspen Dental for the first time. Everyone was so friendly there, I was in and out super fast, and I was able to take the steps needed to see an oral surgeon. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental.

Very poor experience. Scheduled a cleaning, they did an exam, it was very thorough, however, they then added on a services that insurance didn't cover, and the financial person was very rude and abrupt to us. We will never walk in that place again

Great service but WAY overpriced.first appt for fillings was cancelled and waited overall over 2 months. A deep cleaning and 2 front fillings cost me 2,500.suggested crowns which would have cost 7,000! But thankfully they able to fill to them and was done w fillings in under 1hr.staff was great, care was great but prices are absolutely rediculous

If i could rate no stars i would. My mother took my niece and nephew to this dentist to get their teeth cleaned. Everytime my mom would show up to the appointment, they told her they didn't simply "have time" to see both of them. They told my mom they emailed and texted saying the appointments were canceled but she never received anything from them so she showed up for the appointments only to result to this. What kind of place is this? We just moved here from out of state and this service was awful. Rescheduling appointment after appointment which we only did due to what insurance the kids had. The people were so rude to her and the kids. Would not recommend.

I went here to try and get a tooth pulled and was told I need to see a specialist because it was a wisdom tooth, and because of the specialist it would cost almost 400 dollars to do the pull (oral surgeon) on top of that they did a bunch more stuff and then said it was going to cost over 5k to do everything. Prices are outrageous and being told that it would be best to buy special electric tooth brush and all. Also they do not offer payment schedules, and things to be paid they want 60% upfront before the procedure and the rest on completion.

Im not sorry but do not go here. Be wary of dental practices that advertise like this place. The prices will always be outrageous.

Going to Aspen Dental for a first appointment was a positive experience. Everyone was very friendly, courteous and professional. Sara who did my x-rays was very careful and aware of my comfort level. Dr Grigoryan was excellent and found a few issues that I was not aware of.
