Aspen Dental, Johnstown PA

This is for old care that I had in 2020.during covid I broke my front tooth I was able to get in and get fixed. I have care credit in which I use for my dental appointments. I was told Care credit doesn't pay for emergency care. I said did you call them? She said yes. I said its a credit card in which I pay I always used it at aspen dental.she made me pay with another credit card. I called care credit and they said that didn't make sense as there wasn't a call from them at all. It upset me the most because it was during covid and money was tight. The dr did a great job but the office staff was terrible.

Aspen dental treated me as if I were a long time client. I made the appointment online on Sunday and was able to be seen Monday morning. The entire staff was understanding, caring and very friendly, Thanks to the entire staff for being so helpful You helped calm my fears and made it a pleasant experience

This was my initial visit and was treated very professionally by a caring staff and Doctor. I know on my return visit in a couple of weeks I will be taken care of in the same manner. Thank you Aspen Dental.

Robert Varner, was very Pleased with every step taken here at Aspen Dental. First time here. Everyone was so Kind and know your need what's need be done, after you let Aspen Dental know reason your there. Robert was highly recommend to see Randall Stuart, He was kind and right to point as what you as a patient says you need done. Waiting time is excellent! Also want to reach out to receptionist, she was kind and explain professional. Reach out to Isabella, took X-rays so professional. Pearla explaining GUM Health, etc. Karen did billing, so professional in explaining Bill. I would recommend anyone go to Aspen Dental.

I love Aspen dental they gave me a second opinion and the original dentist was wrong. They took the time to explain things to me and fit me in for a cleaning

Aspen Dental is the best dentist office I have been to. It is relatively easy to get in for an appointment, they are very up front with pricing and procedures, and the staff is very friendly and pleasant.

Awful experience today getting my wisdom teeth out. I had anesthesia too. I will never go back to them again. I hope they did a good job. That was quick. When I walked back the medical assistant said do you have a short sleeve shirt under that sweatshirt. I said no. She said we told you to wear nothing with long sleeves. I said no you didn’t. She said the nurse was to tell you. I said she didn’t. Then I said I asked the nurse what I was to do if my sugar got low she said she’d call me back never did. She said it shows someone called you. I said no they didn’t. I didn’t even get a missed call from anyone. Then when I was done the nurse said ready to go. I said wow I feel really dizzy the room is spinning. They laughed. And did not care. She was very mean. I will never go back at all. They did not care I had diabetes. They said you didn’t eat or drink your sugar will be fine. I said that’s all the more reason for my sugar to go low is what I wanted to say. I just laughed. They never gave me time to wake up either. Terrible experience. And I kept saying my sugar was low they didn’t care. They said no it’s not. My mother tried talking to the nurse asking if they got rid of the infection she didn’t want to talk. She said there is an antibiotic at the pharmacy for her. The surgeon very nice. The staff not so much. Who makes someone walk out when they are still sleeping and very dizzy. I almost fell. And all they do is laugh. I have type 1 diabetes so that is why we were so worried. They called me Friday on my instructions and they were to call me back with what I could do if my sugar got low and they never did.

Everyone from the front desk check in to the dentist & assistant were extremely friendly. Professional & Polite.

They where prompt very polite and iwould recommend any one who needs dental to go there. A very relaxing environment
