Aspen Dental, Hazleton PA

It was a good experience overall. The staff was friendly and the waiting room was clean and comfy. I came in for a cleaning and I was scheduled for the next day.

Great experience. Procedure (periodontal) was pain-free and thorough. Person who performed procedure explained everything step by step and seemed concerned for my well-being.

Ever since they have new faces there everything is so slow. BEFORE if my husband would be at least no more or less 15 min they would take him. Now everything is chaos. And we have been going there for a long time. I wish the old crew was back. Is nothing personal just the new poeple are very disorganized. To make an appointment also is an issue cause they NEVER answer the phone. We have going to try to make an appointment since last year. And everytime is either the system got messed up and they lost all customers information that was another issue. Why is no one talking about that.

These “people” are absolutely horrible. They lie about everything and the entire process is about price gouging. I’d sooner see Dr Mengle at Auschwitz for a dental exam.

Terrible. They never call back like they say they will. The girl in front looks lost like she doesn’t have a clue what she’s doing or what’s going on. Had to physically go in there to make an apt. Went for my apt and system has been down for a week and can’t be seen. This place has gone down hill bad over the last year. Smh what a joke

Aspen Dental on the Airport Rd in Hazleton Pa deserves a Five Star review because they made my 1st appointment within two days and they completed a serious dental procedure the same day. Every staff member was/is professional and kind. I would and will recommend Aspen Dental to anyone who is looking for a dentist!

My father went yesterday 4-21-2023 his cap came off so i called to see if they could help him out cause it was friday and he didnt want to go the whole weekend with the tooth because it was really sharp. They said if he could make it by 3: 30 they would take care of him. He drove 40 miles from Lehighton only to sit in the lobby till 4: 45. Had a very brief conversation with the dentist who said they couldnt do anything it was too late. Charged him $98 and told him to come back on 5-12! They wanted him to get a cleaning before they would work on his cap. Waste of time money and gas

My first and only appointment was for a routine checkup. I wanted x-rays and cleaning. I have dental insurance. I was dissatisfied with the care and called 2 days later and asked that my x-rays be emailed to another dentist. 45 days later x-rays were not sent. It's almost impossible to reach them by phone.

I would give less than 1 star if I could —What a joke this place is! I made an appointment for 10: 30 and at 12: 15 I was still waiting to be seen. Walkins were taken before me and along with 2 other patients waiting in the waiting area who all of us had appointments. I do not recommend this place unless you want a full day of wasting your time! And don’t let them try to pull the “our systems are down” crap—they pulled that all last week with me and talking to the lady next to me they tried to use that as an excuse to her too!

Dr.mike and joelle are really good. Gina the office manager won't return phone calls 2x but when I'm there she just stomps back and forth through the office - not professional

Dr Mike and the staff was very professional and friendly. Answered any questions and concerns in a friendly and professional manner. Will be going back for any further procedures I need.

Don't waste your time.if you have a toothache THEY ARE USELESS.not friendly at all.wouldn't recommend to anyone in pain.

All about the $, basic service where they always state something is wrong to try to get you to pay the most and long wait times.
